I had an amazing experience at this property. It’s very clean and well maintained, the bed was extremely comfortable and the staff went above and beyond. I highly recommend this hotel!

After staying at the San Bernardino Staybridge I thought I'd give the Temecula location a try. Very disappointing. Will not be back.
3 employees left for the day while there were 3 of us waiting at the front desk to check in. One employee just said it would take them "too long to log in to help". Older woman checking in asked if I wanted to join the Rewards program (currently I'm Diamond Elite) then placed me in an ADA room...so much for the upgrade. The halls had trash bags from long term stay guests, and the rooms are much smaller then what I experienced in San Bernardino earlier in the week.

I arrived to the property receiving a warm welcome. There was a social hour scheduled in about 20 minutes from then. The social hour was great. I met a few people and that was really cool.The morning breakfast was awesome! There were great choices everyday. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were also really nice. I would definitely return.

This hotel was great. Comfortable and cozy. Close proximity to heading to the wineries. I had a wedding to attend and the staff was very accommodating in getting me into my room a little bit early so I could get dressed and get to the wedding in time. I really appreciate it.

From the moment I got there made great Conversation with the Guy checking me in. Wished would have gotten his name. He helped me get a room to my preference. The only thing did not like was to get to the room if parked in back. It was like a maze going to elevator. I think the layout of the hotel is horrible. Only one elevator and close to front. Other than that the stay was great.

All staff members were a pleasure to interact with from the moment we arrived. They answered any questions we had. The suite itself was larger than we had expected and everything inside was clean, well designed, and appeared to be fairly new. The one major suggestion I would make is to install a safe to store valuables in every suite. We had nowhere to securely store jewelry, laptops etc.

I enjoyed this location as it was nice and clean with a modern updated overall feel. The people at the front desk were friendly and the complimentary breakfast was substantial and had some healthy additions like the fruit and oatmeal which I appreciated. I would highly recommend this location.

This particular Staybridge Hotel is a step above from most others. Friendly staff that actually smile
and appear to be happy in their work which, unfortunately is quite rare these days.
A fully stocked Marketplace Pantry having something for everyone, including decent brands of Wines,
and many different pints & flavors of Hagen Daaz - what could possibly go wrong with that?!!!
We loved the hotels color schemes -a bit different from other establishments.
Yes, we recommend this Staybridge Hotel.

My husband and I came out for two nights. We enjoyed our stay. The rooms are very nice and roomy. We were very near the wine country. We took a trip to try some of the wineries almost was able to walk to bowling alley breakfast was good. area was well-maintained and clean. Food selections was nice. I especially like the evening with the place lit up and we were able to watch TV in a small area near the pool with a fireplace. Very nice stay will definitely be back.
