Go home away from home coming from someone who wants worked in the hotel industry. I must say no one the In-N-Out of a hotel and seeing how they commit to their guest is outstanding. I have very few complaints and when I did, they were on top of it I like to tell the staff thank you and send a special shot out to Janet Patel
Insufficient towels provided for multiple nights

For a booking of two adults and two children, the room should have been stocked with enough towels for all guests. Upon arrival, only three towels were provided, and I had to request an additional one that evening.
On the second day, housekeeping was not available due to the weekend. When I requested more towels at the front desk, only one was offered. I then asked a member of the housekeeping staff if I could have three more, but was told none were available.
On the third day, although the room was cleaned, only three towels were left again instead of four.

Nice and clean hotel with great customer service. Only thing I would change is the food at the happy hour. Needs to chips and salsa, charcuterie instead of mashed potatoes and vegetables.

We had a Girl’s Spa day at WorldSprings and stayed 2 nights at Staybridge. Great hotel, nicely appointed, spacious rooms. Have to say that the HH ‘appetizers’ were different in that it was mashed potatoes and cold veggies. Overall, it’s a great hotel and definitely recommend it and will stay here again.
The Colony is a nice place!

The place was beautiful and quiet. The room was better than the pictures. We had a comfortable night sleeping. My family and I enjoyed our stay there and keep talking about the Colony. We would definitely come back to it if in the area.

Loved staying at this hotel. Large well-equipped rooms, clean, full size fridge - yes!, and one of the best free hotel breakfasts we've ever experienced. The pool and outdoor space is beautiful. The price is comparable with other hotels which don't offer suites, this is superb.

This property is very nice for a traveling employee. The rooms are comfortable, the food is good, the staff is friendly, amd the patio out back provides a nice space to unwind after work without much "city noise" distraction.

True to pictures on website. Efficient, safe, clean, quiet. Perfect for families as well as traveling solo. Home away from home. Modern amenities. Highly recommend.

We stayed at the Staybridge at The Colony during a softball tournament. From the moment we arrived to the time we left the hotel was clean, well managed, and staff were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our time here and plan on coming back just for leisure soon. The kids loved the pool and basketball court. Breakfast was good. Beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was so nice having in the rooms! We give 5 stars!!!

not a bad place but for the cost could offer more, the quality of the food for breakfast is below par. staff all friendly and helpful, maids did an amazing job room was clean and fresh scent.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent stay that did not meet the standards I have come to expect from IHG properties, particularly as a Platinum Elite member.
Upon arrival, we were placed in a room that was both unclean and poorly maintained a condition that is entirely unacceptable. After raising our concerns with the staff, we were moved to another room, which unfortunately was also below standard.
What made the experience even more frustrating was the denial of our request for a complimentary upgrade, a benefit typically extended to Platinum Elite members. This lack of recognition and accommodation was both unexpected and disheartening.
As a loyal guest, I trust that this matter will be taken seriously and that appropriate steps will be taken to improve the quality of service and guest experience moving forward. We sincerely hope our future stays with IHG will reflect the excellence that initially earned our loyalty

Our room smelled of old seafood. Front desk gave us flowery spray. Room then smelled of flowers and old seafood. Asked to be moved, but no other rooms available to move to. I bought Febreeze which helped some for us to limp thru the weekend.
