Be aware when you use third party booking

I booked this stay for 2 rooms thru booking.com. When I checked in Staybridge told me I only booked one room when I had confirmation WITH ME showing 2 rooms and the rates. To Staybridge credit they did get me my second room, however, this is where the issue began. When I checked out I showed my AMEX charges to front desk for over $300 more than the two rooms were booked. They told me that those charges would "fall off" because they included the "hit" for incidentals. When I asked for my receipts - the charges on my AMEX matched the receipts, however, they were wrong. I again showed them my confirmation from BOOKING.com and explained that they overcharged me for my room. The acting manager at the time gave me a signed receipt where she wrote on the page that they would go ahead an honor the booking.com rate. I was told to follow up the next business day to speak with management who would take care of this. When I called the next day - management told me that I was to take it up with booking.com and that the cheaper rate was their rate (staybridge) and the more expensive was booking?? Math doesn't lie - Staybridge had the more expensive rate. I was also told the charges on my AMEX would 'fall off' an the correct charges would stay. Well - none of that happened. All charges 'went thru' and I had to get AMEX and BOOKING.com involved to rectify the situation since Staybridge in Tuscon refused. Will NEVER stay at THIS Staybridge EVER again.

The hotel is located in a hidden area which makes it kind of private and peaceful. The decor is beautiful and rooms are well maintained. The value is excellent especially being so close to the airport.

Appreciate front desk service prior to and at check in, as well as during stay. Hotel was in a convenient location and had everything I needed.

Great stay! Hot tub could have been warmer (I commented on this at the front desk so hopefully they fixed it). Breakfast was good and filling. Enjoyed it immensely. Would stay again. They should turn on the fires by the pool; maybe that's a weekend thing.

Stayed in the 2 room suite which the kids loved. The full size fridge and kitchenette was very helpful over night. The beds were clean, the room was clean and comfortable. We had 3 phones in the room but none of them worked. There was plenty of towels in between the two bathrooms for us all to bathe. The closet space was awesome for hanging up wet swim suits and the laundry baskets were great for keeping all the kids clothes together. The provided body wash didn't suds up that well unless you used a lot of it. Any staff I came into contact with was very polite and helpful. The pool was ok. The waterfall pillars were off and the heater in the spa was broken so it felt like the pool water but there was towels avaliable poolside and plenty of chairs.

I would not stay at this location again. There are a variety of reasons, the biggest one is I can’t stay at a hotel that runs out of toilet paper. How is that acceptable? Poor customer service and lacking general amenities a hotel should have. Towels, we had to asked for those when the room was two queens for two people. One towel??!! To be offered tissue because they ran out of toilet paper is the most egregious!! We were in the area bc our mom had a stroke while traveling through SLC and the lack of necessity items a hotel should provide was too difficult for this facility. Shameful.

RESERVED WALK IN SHOWER ROOM WAS OCCUPIED

My family and I reserved a Walk in Shower room at Tucson, Arizona Airport Staybridge Suites on 28APR2025 for one night on 22JUN2025. When we arrived, we discovered the room was not available and then we were promised a complimentary room upgrade which we were later charged for over the cost of the room we reserved but could not stay in. We were given 15,000 bonus points for our IHG Account, thank you, but that didn't compensate enough for the disastrous room reservation failure and bill overcharge.

Everything about my stay was very comfortable, sweet experience the breakfast was bomb. The pool was nice, the grill worked awesome. All in all 10/10.
