Rooms are clean it smell nice beds are very comfortable plenty of towels. The management is wonderful. What more can I say? And we can’t forget about the wonderful staff for the breakfast bar awesome breakfast and social hours are the best meet and greet

The hotel and the staff are amazing. The location is perfect: close to restaurants and shopping. The rooms are very clean, and the hotel is also very clean. It was a great experience, especially when you are away on business, to come into such a friendly environment and be treated with smiles at the front desk. This hotel is definitely a 5 out of 5 stars

This place was home away from home.i definitely would recommend this hotel to everyone.every family oriented and friendly.the guest was wonderful as well.i loved the meet and greet was very amazing and was a great way to meet new friends.

I arrived at the hotel before 5:30pm to check in. I was told that my room was not available and my reservation was canceled. The receptionist told me that I was the last one in. Therefore, not room available to me, I need to elsewhere. At 5:30pm! Someone was not telling the truth to a frequent traveller. After I got really upset, she finally found the reservation I made 20 days ago via IHG website, but no apology. Can you imagine if I didn't fight hard for it? My wife and I would end up having nowhere to stay for the night. OK. IHG, you still owe me an explanation that I can actually believe! If a reservation means nothing, why would anyone trust IHG that he/she would actually have a place to stay at the night?!
Housekeeping are Lazy.

I have to put my sheets on the bed because housekeeping did not do it. The night prior to this, I informed the front desk to do a light touch up in our room. I saw them call housekeeping but housekeeping prevailed because when we got back to our room in the evening, nothing was done. I know that I did not take the DND earlier that is why I informed the front desk but the housekeeping staff prevailed because they said I have a DND on my door.

I was provided a list of hotels to choose from after suffering damage to my home from the tornadoes. After reviewing the comments, I chose Stay Bridge and was not disappointed. The professional staff, cleanliness and the amenities provided the much needed support for my situation. I am thankful to all in my time of need. A special thanks to the kitchen staff for their pleasant hospitality.

This was our first experience with Staybridge and we'll definitely return not only to this hotel but this brand within the IHG family. The suites are spacious and well equipped and the property featured a beautiful outdoor pool/entertainment area complete with fire pits & grills. This property is conveniently located with a Walmart, Sam's Club, Dunkin, and Applebee's all within walking distance. The breakfast offered an array of items and changed slightly each day. The evening social appetizers were an added touch we enjoyed one of our evenings. This property is pet friendly which is important as we travel with our small dog. Everything met or exceeded our expectations!

The overall experience was great with the rooms staff and clean cleanliness! Location within walking distance to restaurants, and Walmart was helpful.

Would like to have enjoyed the social hour but it wasn’t offered on the days during our stay. Also the shower could be better. Something with a handheld feature and is more adjustable. Other than this, very nice experience.

From the moment of our arrival, the staff was very welcoming and attentive. This includes all staff from the front desk to the cleaning staff. Although our room was near the elevator, it was peaceful. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was stocked with essentials. Shower was hot and the water pressure was good. It's convenient location was wonderful
Our only complaint was our suite has a couch that was not comfortable. I would recommend this hotel.

Great atmosphere and friendly staff. The beds were very comfortable and quiet. Everything made for a good night sleep! Highly recommend staying here!
