The cleanliness of the hotel was above average, the staff was professional and inviting, the breakfast was excellent with a variety of options and the extra security aspect of having to use your room key to access the guests floors.

Would not recommend, this branch has become institutionally racist and management are rude and nochalant. They do not even allow your complaints and lie to you just to fob you off. Avoid like the plague

Very comfortable and well-appointed hotel apartment room. Good room size, nicely decorated, a very comfortable bed, good bathroom with a walk-in shower. The Kitchenette is well-appointed.

Lovely room with separate baedroom from living area. Very clean, comfortable and quiet. Loved the decor, very smart. Great breakfast selection and large room for dining, the inn next door has a bar and restaurant as well as bus service to the airport. Staff was attentive.

Convenient to LHR, spacious room, comfortable bed, good kitchen supplies/fridge. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The bus stop was just our front to get to the underground easily. The room was priced reasonably so overall a great value. Highly recommend.

I'm so disappointed by the house keeping services. How can someone sleep on white sheets for a week/seven days?
This so called poor service you don't care about people's wellness.
Coming from a work being tired and sleep on a dirty linen?

One of the best IHG hotel stays I’ve had so far in the UK.
The wonderful staffs of the hotel were the reason I’m writing this review.
To sum it up:
- Check in: A blissful experience, swift and precise.
- Home like experience and atmosphere: With the nice pantry, washing machine, dish and cutleries washing machine and living room and comfortable bed, clean bathroom and ample of very hot water, it’s definitely a very ideal place to stay for either Staycation or vacation or transit either for solo traveller or even couple / family travellers.
- Acknowledgement of Loyalty Membership: Evident and I myself got upgraded to the bigger suite room.
- Cleanliness of rooms: Super
- Cleanliness of hotel facilities: Super
- Breakfast quality:
Nice and adequate choices of food, fruits, juice. The bread were just wonderful, sautéed mushroom were nice, choices of cereal were great, eggs great, cheese were ok to name a few..
- Designated smoking areas were in the 1st floor, outside of the hotel, and the patio right beside the dining and living area.
- 24H open quick shop corner selling ranges of drinks, cup noodle, pre-cooked food, additional toiletries, etc.
Keywords Summary for the hotel IMHO:
- Non smoking hotel with no smoking room, but having designated smoking areas
- Comfortable Sleep: Fluffy pillows and soft mattress of the hotel is good for people having sleeping trouble
- 24H free coffee and tea and hot chocolate station at the lounge area
- Self attend washing machine with dryer facility plus ironing (in the room) available
- No frills, Have to Offload and upload our baggages on our own. No belboy function (but the staffs were readily to help us anyway)
- WONDERFUL Room scent that was really soothing, helped to make me feel at ease
- WONDERFUL soap and shampoo scent
- Cooking utensils and plates and glass, cups, cutleries were perfect, no stains, no chip, very well maintained!
- All the hotel facilities and equipment and gadgets were working perfectly during my 9 days stay. Well done for great upkeeping all of them.
Personally I’d like to STRONGLY COMMEND
Ray and his wonderful team. Especially Ray and Aqib who were so kind, helpful, very attentive, swift and always had the sincerity to make my stay nothing less than Wonderful!
Ray was truly a great person and a great Hotelier that I would personally recommend and commend at any time, anywhere!

All of the staff were so lovely!! Every single one of them! Very professional but so nice and welcoming. They work really great to keep this hotel up and going! Dominic at the front desk was soo helpful to me and treated me so well! Just all the staff in each area were nice. I talked to all of them and watched them all! Breakfast selection was amazing. Bar and food was perfect. The 24/7 gym was nice and played good music. My room was the perfect size for me, it was super clean and neat, and my bed was very comfortable.

This hotel caters for its guest, really enjoyed our breakfast and it’s wonderful to have laundry facilities. It’s a home away from home.

The Hotel was clean and staff very Friendly. Room where spacious and well equipped. Breakfast was plentiful and fresh. The dinner service was provided by the partner hotel next door. Could quite easily stay fpr a few days and expolre london from this locatiom

Picked this hotel, for location and access to LHR. Travelling as a family of 3 adults, the ability to have a room with a separate bedroom was a priority.

The staff was very helpful when there was a snag trying to get a shuttle to the airport. The room was very clean and comfortable. Well worth the money.
