This was the first time I have stayed in this hotel! The staff was amazing; the rooms were big, there was a nice setup, and everything was nice. I had no issues with this hotel or staff members. 10/10 recommend!

All staff are extremely hospitable every time I stay at this property. Very appreciative of Andrew, Yanni, Michelle and all of the crew. I'm a regular and plan on staying that way!

It’s a great place to stay, my only complaint would be to upgrade the bed. I didn’t catch the name of the lady that does the social hour, but she is fantastic. Yanni is one of the most helpful, and upbeat hotel employees I’ve ever met; she definitely makes you feel right at home.

We had been on the road all day and were exhausted, and had not reserved a room. Plus, we had a dog, so we needed a pet friendly room. Yoni was the welcoming person at the desk. She got us a handicapped suite since my husband needed one. She even took note in our conversation that we had not eaten much on the road.
Upon check out, we had Brian. He was super friendly and fun. He came out to our vehicle to retrieve the wheelchair we had to borrow. He took note of our dog and got her some dog treats.
Yes, the pet fee was high, but the great service, friendliness, and huge breakfast buffet made up for the fee.

We had been on the road all day, were exhausted, and needed a hotel room which would welcome pets. Yoni was the welcoming person at the desk. She got us a handicap suite which my husband needed. In her conversation with me, she learned we had not eaten hardly anything all day and gave us a free item to our choosing out of the hospitality area.
After sitting in the car all day, my husband found it impossible to use his walker. They had a wheelchair we were able to use. On check out, Andrew was very friendly and even came out to get the wheelchair once I had my husband in the car.
The pet fee was high, but all the great service, friendliness, and super breakfast spread made up for it.

Staff was very friendly and attentive to our needs. Front desk clerk Yanni and Andrew went out of their way to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Was willing to allow us to switch rooms at the last minute because we had a few cancelations in our party

We just stayed 8 days and the staff was amazing. They were all very accommodating. The front desk employees were so nice and helpful and Michelle from the dinning staff was great!
The good and the bad

The 1st room I was given was horrible. It had a very strong smell of smoke and the furniture was filthy. It was not very inviting. I unfortunately had to stay 1 night in that room, but the Staff made sure to move me the next day. All of the Staff I encountered was very friendly and accommodating. I have stayed at this property once before and was very pleased. The second room I had during this stay was much better. Hoping that the first room is given some much needed attention.
