We had been on the road all day and were exhausted, and had not reserved a room. Plus, we had a dog, so we needed a pet friendly room. Yoni was the welcoming person at the desk. She got us a handicapped suite since my husband needed one. She even took note in our conversation that we had not eaten much on the road.
Upon check out, we had Brian. He was super friendly and fun. He came out to our vehicle to retrieve the wheelchair we had to borrow. He took note of our dog and got her some dog treats.
Yes, the pet fee was high, but the great service, friendliness, and huge breakfast buffet made up for the fee.

We had been on the road all day, were exhausted, and needed a hotel room which would welcome pets. Yoni was the welcoming person at the desk. She got us a handicap suite which my husband needed. In her conversation with me, she learned we had not eaten hardly anything all day and gave us a free item to our choosing out of the hospitality area.
After sitting in the car all day, my husband found it impossible to use his walker. They had a wheelchair we were able to use. On check out, Andrew was very friendly and even came out to get the wheelchair once I had my husband in the car.
The pet fee was high, but all the great service, friendliness, and super breakfast spread made up for it.

Staff was very friendly and attentive to our needs. Front desk clerk Yanni and Andrew went out of their way to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Was willing to allow us to switch rooms at the last minute because we had a few cancelations in our party

We just stayed 8 days and the staff was amazing. They were all very accommodating. The front desk employees were so nice and helpful and Michelle from the dinning staff was great!

The 1st room I was given was horrible. It had a very strong smell of smoke and the furniture was filthy. It was not very inviting. I unfortunately had to stay 1 night in that room, but the Staff made sure to move me the next day. All of the Staff I encountered was very friendly and accommodating. I have stayed at this property once before and was very pleased. The second room I had during this stay was much better. Hoping that the first room is given some much needed attention.

The hotel room could've been cleaner the bedding was not fresh. There were coffee, grinds, and old coffee in the coffee maker the wall unit for the heating and cooling didn't work. There was a stuffy smell in the room, and could not Overcome. I have always like to stay here and it has a nice space and how many atmosphere but there needs to be maintenance done and a check and balance of how the rooms are taken care of it's very important that the bedding is fresh I would suggest washing the pillows

Two different employees (Andrew and Michael) were working at the front desk. Both were very personable, pleasant, helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable, and chatted easily.

The room is cleanliness with comfortable bed and good amenities. Good beer and food for social evening reception on Monday through Wednesday. The front desk is very kind and helpful.

I’ve stayed here over the last few weeks on a project that I’m on people. Here are amazing. Our rooms are always nice and quiet. I’m always greeted with a warm smile and a friendly conversation from Yanni. She asked about my kids, my family and I even know about her life this is almost like a home away from home. I truly appreciate her friendliness and her smile, this place is great

Immediately disappointed with the lobby and check-in desk. Clutter and unnecessary items visible to guess. The floors and elevator carpets were dirty. The third floor had a terrible smell. Our room was filthy. hair on the sheets, carpets needed, cleaned, and vacuumed. There was a toenail on the floor.there was one Kleenex in the Kleenex box. Bathroom, hinges and shower spout were rusty. There was food stuck in the dish sponge, and there were crumbs in the cabinets both in the kitchen and the bathroom. Gross stain on bedskirt. As well as an open and empty coffee creamer in the jar in the cabinet Mattress had to have been 20 years old. Did not use the Bedding. Used a blanket from my car. There were no amenities.
