Highly recommend this hotel and have been staying here for years

Visit Winnemucca each year and always stay at the hotel. Beds are very comfy with a variety of pillows. Love the style and cleanliness of the room and always use the kitchen. The staff is friendly and they provide free coffee and mints! They also have a nice food cupboard (reasonably priced) with quick meal and snacks and forgotten toiletries.
For dinner, we always visit the famous The Martin Hotel (basque, family style) and socialize with the Winnemucca locals and people traveling thru town.
The good place for an overnight stay halfway home.

The hotel appears to be relatively new and well kept. Front desk staff were very accommodating and helpful on recommending restaurants for us. There was a serviceable recliner as well as a couch in the living room area. In addition, they were three chair, chairs at the dining area one of which was a rollaround desk chair with an adjustable height, which would be very helpful and was for the useful laptop computer. Wi-Fi works just fine and full-size refrigerator with icemaker was good as we had brought drinks with us. The small kitchenette was serviceable. The only drawback that I could find for this location is the train whistles two or three times during sleep however the quick access off the freeway still makes us a good value.

Clean comfortable and big room. Dogs allowed. Plenty of parking. Quite part of town as its well away from I-80 and no truck stops at that end of town. Free coffee, and popcorn in the room!

We checked in to stay over a holiday weekend. Upon arrival (around 9pm) we were greeted immediately, and quickly checked in. Room was spacious, and very quiet all night. Seemed like they spaced out the guests intentionally- thank you!
More than we needed

A convenient place to stay off I-80 that is dog-friendly. Clean rooms, good beds, bathroom OK. For us, we got more (and paid for more) than we needed. A kitchenette was unnecessary for our purposes and was likely what made the room pricey. The fee for a dog is also high.

I have stayed here on more then one occasion and the rooms are always clean and very accommodating
Beds can very some are very firm making sleep a little restless at times

As I keep saying, staff was excellent and for them alone it is worth staying there. Everything was fine. I have nothing more to say but will fill up these spaces so I can finish with this, I'm not a big review writer.

We stayed here while moving out of state via road trip. We had a moving truck which was easily accommodated in the well lit parking lot and the area was as safe as could be. Our two cats were very welcomed and the staff was so kind and excellent. Perfect hotel for our needs! The only thing that could have made it better was if the elevator was working due to lugging our cats and some moving boxes to our room, but that didn’t detract from the experience. I’d highly recommend this location to anyone looking for short or long term stays!

Hotel is needing a complete overhaul. Put us on 4th floor, no problem until the elevator quit. No sympathy to help 80yo folks carry luggageNo breakfast, coffe horrible, cleanliness not up to standards. Bed was comfortable, guess that’s all that matters

The staff is amazing! The snack options by the front desk are great! Beds very comfortable and the pillows are out of this world. Very clean rooms .
