Follow Airport Rd to MD-350 E. Take US-50 E, MD-353 N/State Hwy 353/Gumboro Rd, and Millsboro Hwy to Hollyville Rd in Sussex County. Continue on Hollyville Rd to the destination.

Starting on DE 1 South Coastal Highway, continue heading south toward the Lewes and Rehoboth Beach area, pass through the Five Points intersection, then stay on DE 1 briefly before turning right onto Postal Lane, where Staybridge Suites Rehoboth Beach will be on your left shortly after the turn.

Starting on DE 1 North Coastal Highway from the Ocean City area, drive north toward Rehoboth Beach, continue past Dewey Beach and into the Lewes area, then turn left onto Postal Lane, where Staybridge Suites Rehoboth Beach will be on your left shortly after the turn.

Starting from Rehoboth Beach, head west on DE 1 Coastal Highway toward Lewes and the Five Points area, then turn left onto Postal Lane, where Staybridge Suites Rehoboth Beach will be on your left shortly after the turn.

From Salisbury, take US 50 East toward the Delaware beaches, then merge onto DE 1 North Coastal Highway toward Lewes and Rehoboth Beach, continue through the Five Points intersection, and turn left onto Postal Lane, where Staybridge Suites Rehoboth Beach will be on your left.
