It is ridiculous for a guest to pay for parking for as long as you stay there. The guest that came to the wedding reception got free parking and I would have had to pay if I parked my car there.

Friendly Family Staff

The hotel was very pleasant and friendly. The location of the hotel was in walking distance to the down town night life. I would definately stay there again and recommend to friends and family.

Sewage Back up and Horrible Service

Our water backed up thru the sink and made the entire room smell horribbly and our tub did not drain properly. After calling the front desk we were told we may have to move rooms. It took over 30 minutes for anyone to show up at which point we were forced to move hotel rooms at 10pm. To compensate we were given a complimentary breakfast. We were told the incorrect time for breakfast to end so when we arrived the host explained that we were late and literally told us we should have showed up earlier and requested us to eat fast! Then upon checking out I noticed I was charged for valet parking when in fact I parked my own truck As a committed igh customer this was the worst hotel and/or service experience I have ever experienced.
