The beds were very comfortable and the entire staff was great. The general manager was very accommodating, and the night manger even brought us a cooler of ice for our beer when we were having a few drinks in the lobby after work. Overall a great experience. -Ryan

This was a good hotel for the 2 nights in this part of LA. Took in a Lakers game and location was good for events in that area. Hotel location takes you through parts of the city-some nice, some not so but staff at hotel very accommodating. Dennis was very pleasant and helpful at check-in and throughout stay.

This is a great location! Especially if you are headed to the Staples center! The staff is decent and the rooms are nice. One of my connecting rooms had a tv remote that didn't work and the toilet didn't flush. Maintenance fixed the toilet within minutes of calling but still things that should have been in order prior to me checking in. Overall I will probably stay at this property again.

Great Hotel quite close to the Financial Downtown of LA. Not in a choice neighborhood, however I would suggest not going down 6th Street if you are walking or going downtown and stick to Wilshire Blvd as it appears to be the safer route from when I walked back to the Hotel from Downtown late at Night. The Train station is also close by, however for your own safety I would recommend just entering and leaving the station as soon as possible as its not a choice area. The only sore point about the Hotel itself was that I could hear all activity in the room above me and outside from 6th Street. Otherwise I would highly recommend this hotel for a quick stay.

This was the loudest hotel. We arrived to a booming parting next door that was drowned out only be the roar of the air condtioner. Not only the air conditioner in our room, but the neighboring rooms as well. Then a 5:00, music started blaring, once again barely drowned out by the AC.
The bathroom smelled like mold and black residue was in cracks ant the track to the shower was filthy with the last guest's shampoo still in it.
This was by far the worst IHG property I have ever stayed at

The bed was so soft, and the service at the front counter was excellent. Got us a taxi within 5 minutes. Great breakfast. Perfect stay.

This hotel is great. It is well kept and really convenient for accessing downtown and places like USC. I was here for business and it was just right.
The adjacent neighborhood is rough around the edges. I would highly recommend that you plan on arriving by car and plan on eating lunch and dinner away from the nearby neighborhood.. Nearby restaurants include a rough and tumble Jack in the Box and a couple of Mexican dive restaurants. Good news is that you don't have to drive far to find some great Los Angeles restaurants.
It's a really great value on a great hotel near downtown LA, just don't plan on spending time in the nearby neighborhood.
