Rated 2,0 out of 5,0 by During My Experience The Staff Left Something to be Desired Very nice hotel but the Front Desk staff needs retraining and/or coaching. The desk clerk argued with me profusely when there was no reason to do so! I had a reservation using points and my sister arrived first. Now, I am a gold member and a very loyal and familiar guest to IHG properties and I happen to know that it does not have to be me checking in when using points. I had done the right thing and called ahead and asked that they place my sister as an occupant. I was assured that there would be no issues when she checked in. However, that was a lie. My sister had to call me six times trying to get into the room. Each time, I called the hotel trying to reason with the young woman who was checking her in. During one of the calls with my sister I could actually hear the poor tone of the Front Desk woman and she was blatantly rude and hateful. Definitely does not belong in guest services. I called guest relations and was able to get them to resolve it. Should it come to having to call guest relations to get good service? No! This experience ruined our entire trip! It has been a while since my stay but I just got back to the States and it is still on my mind. I may call guest relations and ask for my points back it was that bad! 12. April 2015

Rated 4,0 out of 5,0 by Great hotel with great service Hotel room was clean and very comfortable and quiet! Slept great. Location is wonderful, near the airport, mall and lots of restaurants. Only drawback is the wifi doesn't work - could not connect at all with hotel wifi - had to switch back to 4G just to get emails. 5. April 2015
Rated 5,0 out of 5,0 by One night business stay The hotel is located walking distance to a mall and tons of restaurants and shopping. The hotel is clean and the bed comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful with directions. The breakfast in the morning was pretty standard, consisted of ham, turkey sausage, eggs, pancakes, and juices/coffee. Only drawback I had was the internet wifi which after numerous tries worked for a short while, unable to reconnect at a later time. In total a good hotel at a reasonable price that is centrally located. 30. März 2015

The staff is friendly but... 1) They take an imprint of your credit card at check-in which made me very uneasy after having my credit card numbers stolen 3 times in the last couple of years. They already had my number electronically so why do they need it again? Its not like there was a power outage or something. 2) Even being on the 3rd floor did not stop the road noise from waking me up. It was unbelievably loud. I thought the window might be open, but when I got up to check, it wasn't. So, I had a terrible night of non sleep. 3) The breakfast was awful! The scrambled eggs tasted fake and the biscuits tasted like sugared cardboard. The only reason I ate them was because I was hungry and the gravy wasn't bad. 4) The good news is checkout took a total of 2 seconds to put my key on the front desk and tell them I'm checking out. I will never stay there again and will question staying at any Holiday Inn Express at all. 24. März 2015
