Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Enjoyable Stay Our family of four stayed here June 2016 for two nights while attending Peppa Pig World at Paultons Park which is only a short drive away. We had a family/quad room that was very spacious, clean and modern and had an impressive fast broadband connection unlike most hotels I've stayed in. As with all hotels they are hot and there wasn't any aircon in our room. We slept with the windows open but as the hotel is next to the roundabout it was noisy at times. The breakfast buffet was really nice although it does have limited hot dishes but more that adequate. All the staff were extremely friendly and happy to help. The lady who was clearing the breakfast tables was excellent with the kids and went the extra mile to ensure our table and highchair for my daughter was cleaned up and ready for us (I don't recall her name but please send a special thank you!) The hotel has a limited (slightly over priced) evening menu although a children's meal of fish fingers or chicken nuggets with chips is free when purchasing an adults meal. The only downside to this is the kids meals are literally just fish fingers or chicken nuggets with chips, no beans, peas etc. are served however when I queried the lack of veg for a kids meal I was offered a free portion of peas and advised it was not policy for the hotel to offer a separately kids menu. I think they are missing a trick here as most would agree after a busy day with the family you just want to have a decent meal and get the kids to bed. Due to this we did venture away from the hotel for our meal the following evening. Overall I'd recommend staying here and wouldn't hesitate in returning soon. June 14, 2016

Lot of building work going on around, but website does warn you and it hasn't made any difference to any of my stays. It was not noisy. I have stayed here on several occasions, My one wish would to be include Bacon at Breakfast! Oh and if other guests could refrain from taking up 1 and a 1/2 parking spaces - this is not everyone but every time I have stayed here at least 4 parking spaces are inaccessible due to bad parking of others.
