Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Overall condition of hotel I like and almost always stay at HI. This was an unplanned trip and the first night I had to stay in a smoking room, which was horrid, but that was all they could accomodate and was not the fault of the hotel. The next night was great. The third night was not good at all. The room was on the first floor and they started their renovation work (much needed) bright and early, people were loud going to the breakfast area and the night before very loud going to the pool. If that wasn't bad enough there was hair in one of the beds and the bathroom was a hot mess. Rusty tub and almost no water pressure in the shower. Corners were not as clean as the rest of the area. If I stay at this particular hotel again I would refuse the 1st floor. Of note, the fourth night they didn't have a room for me and I had to stay at a competitor right behind this hotel. The room was cheaper, the bed and pillow were much better, and overall it was cleaner. The grass was definitely greener. May 17, 2015

The staff was also very helpful when I had a problem with the exercise equipment. I called the front desk and a staff member was there within seconds. The problem was me not the equipment. The rooms were clean, fresh, and modern. I will be back, and I will but Holiday Inn Express and Suites on my list of places I feel good about staying. April 21, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Fitness room still too warm Gave feedback a week ago that fitness room didn't have air conditioning and got apologetic reply stating room temp would be adjusted. It was not. The fitness room is much warmer than hallway and has no thermostat control in the room. April 20, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Very Friendly and Helpful When I arrived I didn't have my club number. The staff were very patient and friendly during the process of retrieving my info. They even made me a temporary card so I will have the number next time. The room was quiet, it even had a ceiling fan, which I thought was awesome considering this is the first hotel room I have ever seen with one and it was very welcome as I am hot-natured. What was crazy about the whole thing is they are going through a remodel, but if they didn't have a sign or remodel items on the loft, I wouldn't have been able to tell. Items on the loft were not offensive as i can understand that you don't have a lot of space to put all the renovated items. Great service great room = great stay. Thank you! April 20, 2015
