Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by A really good stay The hotel is right next to the North Acton tube station and makes travelling to the City centre easy. Our room was on the back of the hotel overlooking the tube and there was no noise at all, through the night. The staff were friendly and helpful, We accidently locked ourselves out of our room and with a few checks at reception we were given access immediately. The beds were comfortable, with a choice of hard or soft pillows and we had good nights sleep. I have a bad back, so I do notice a bad mattress. This one was quite firm and supportive. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Top class service Stayed here to meet up with friends and stop over before moving onto Twickenham on the Saturday...delayed celebration. From check in to check out, the staff here can't do enough for you .... So friendly. I've stayed in top class hotels and in all honestly the service we received here far outweighs most of the 5 star properties we've been in before. They had even got in some Prosecco for us .....they don't normally stock it.. So personal and we were taken aback with them really....they even got a good luck card for our son who was playing for the royal navy at twickenham.....and he wasn't even staying in their hotel. Well Done Holiday Inn Express. Eating..... No restaurant on site, except for breakfast, which was good and plentiful....very well set out too.....but they are more than obliging to get menus for you and have information and menus for a 3 or 2 course meal to be delivered to the hotel.....good price too......a few quick eateries nearby, pub on the corner ....the castle...does food but nothing special. Location . North Acton tube behind hotel but we couldn't hear anything. Parking...directly can also pull up outside to load and offload. May 13, 2015
