Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Water is NOT hot My family members stayed on the 4th floor and I was on the 1st neither of us had hot water in the showers; it was luke warm. Apparently, the boiler needs to be replaced. I have stayed in a lot of hotels for business and leisure and this was by far the coldest "hot" water I have experienced at a hotel. August 25, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Bad manager service Upon checkout, I noticed a $40 unauthorized charge before I even left hotel. I waited till day after which was Monday, still seen the charge so I called. Manager told me that the maid service said I took towels. I complained & defended myself knowing I didn't take towels. we only had 3 to begin with & that's what we used. Manager was very rude about the situation implying that I took towels & then stated that the hotel has to make money somehow when people use rewards for free night. I argued with the manager, he told me he has to look into situation because his staff doesn't lie. Manager called me the next morning only to tell me he would refund my money but it would be 5 days before he does. That guy is very rude & as far as im concerned.....our company can earn points at another hotel if that's how they treat guests. August 18, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Nice Getaway Our stay in August of 2015 was a typical quality Holiday Inn stay. We did have difficulty finding the motel as it is tucked away from the main road. There was a crew resurfacing the drive that made it a bit difficult getting in and out, but it was not a major deal. We especially liked the pleasant staff, the good breakfasts, the cleanliness of the facility, and the easy-to-use air conditioner. August 17, 2015

Highly recommend this hotel as it's off the beaten I95 path, yet close enough to make you feel comfortable. Easy to find and easy to get back to I95. Highly recommend. Thanks to the team for making us feel welcome. We thoroughly enjoyed. August 12, 2015
