Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great for Overnight Stay Waiting for Next Morning Flight We stayed here because we couldn't get back from Tobago in time to catch our early morning flight out of Piarco. Hotel was excellent and relaxing. Shuttle service was great - we used it from Piarco to get to the hotel and to catch our flight out the next morning. The only thing that wasn't perfect was that they need to post instructions on their hotel website for where to catch the shuttle at the airport and the schedule of the shuttle. We ended up asking someone in the airport tourist office and they called the hotel for us. The shuttle was there within 10 minutes. January 17, 2016

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Overnight stay Pretty much what I expected for Trinidad. Added disadvantage is that hotel is far removed from any restaurant at which guests can get a reasonable family meal. And for a late evening arrival this is a big issue. January 6, 2016
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Ideal location but not so ideal hotel This hotel is in an ideal location given its proximity to the airport and to the local mall. However, the hotel is not very modern and there does not seem to be much effort to maintain the overall condition of the hotel. The breakfast is not very good (it's either ham, sausage, or rare bacon everyday). The staff is quite friendly and professional. They are certainly worth the visit, but the owners or management really need to work on maintaining this hotel. Stay here if ground transportation is an issue. However, if you can rent a car or higher a driver, then stay somewhere else. For the high rate, I expect better quality. January 5, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 need renovations the staff was very impolite, there were bed bugs in my room, the breaking offerings were limited, noisy air condition, late shuttle service, dirty pool, limited gym equipment, lobby area very small. Great room area needs more tables and chairs very over crowded. Hallway needs to be repainted.The bathroom had structural and water damages and room had poor lighting. December 22, 2015
