An Excellent choice few minutes away from the airport

I stayed there for one night; very easy to get to. The facility is two year old which is a plus given the state of most of the hotels in the States right now.
The first thing that will attract your attention is the young ladies at the reception desk; very helpful, friendly, super polite and welcoming.
The facility is clean; I did not try the fitness center, the room was spacious, cheerful and clean.
The bathroom was clean; the fan is working all the time did not know how to turn it off, if possible.
The bed was comfy and so are the pillows.
A breakfast is served; overall is good similar to Home2Suites style; pick and go.

Excellent place if your willing to relax and be in a clean safe place. Free breakfast and free parking made it great. Staff very supportive and friendly. Close to many places to eat and shop. Nearby Ohare airport.

This is just a great property, excellent location nearby O’Hare Airport. Plenty of shopping and dining options within easy walk. Newer hotel, very clean. Excellent free breakfast. I’ve stayed at plenty of ORD airport area hotels. This particular one stays quieter (seems to be away from flight paths). Will stay here again!
The bed and pillows were very comfortable and I intended to ask what brand they use.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The entire property was very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. What really stood out was the staff, every person I interacted with was courteous, friendly, and genuinely accommodating. They went out of their way to make sure my experience was enjoyable. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming and spotless place to stay.

Just when I thought there could be nothing new in the hotel biz, along comes Avid. Excellent value at a reasonable price. Rock on!!!!!

We picked this hotel because of the location and free parking (closer to the airport you have to pay for parking and may not even find a spot to park according to online reviews). The front desk staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. When we told them that we had to leave before 4am, she told us to call down about 1/2 hour - 1 hour before and they would have a bag with breakfast items for us. That was so appreciated. We only were able to sleep for a couple of hours, so didn't really get full use of the room/bath, however the room and bath were clean, towels were available as well as soap, lotion etc. The bed was clean and comfortable.

It was easy check on and check out with a very polite person at the desk. They even offered to make us a to go breakfast because we were leaving before they started serving breakfast.

Clean room and bathroom, comfortable bed. Nice to have fridge in room. Restaurants accross the street. Free parking is a huge bonus since other hotels charge you extra for parking. They have improved compared to last year. Breakfast is better quality and more tastfull with more items to choose from.

The staff is very welcoming and the hotel was very clean. There were many places to eat and a Target within walking distance. It was also close to the airport. My bed was very comfortable. Overall, it was a great place to stay.

The woman that checked us in was very nice and helpful! The room was very clean and comfortable. 5 minute walk to the arena where the concert was, which was the reason we were in town. We walked to iHop for breakfast the next day. We loved how close it was to everything we wanted - the concert venue, the airport, a pizza place & bar, target, iHop. Would stay again! Just wish they had a hottub!
