The first room that was provided had an obscenely offensive sewage smell. My room was subsequently changed the next day, but the room should not have been provided to any guest given the condition.

It was one of the nicest hotels I ever stayed, I just loved it, I will always try to find where you are for any of my trips, I already did refer two of my friends, and we were all there the same night, I will be back soon.
Comfortable bed, clean room, hot water, friendly staff.

Comfortable bed, good work space, clean room, hot water. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was "grab and go" or prepackaged stuff that you got to grab and heat yourself. For the price it was just fine. When the construction is finished it will be less frustrating to locate.

Lorena, at the desk was very rude. no greeting and no acknowledgement of elite Status. Wrong was given, no apologies or explanation. She just lack customer service. Lots of hairs in bathroom. Cleaning needs improvements.
Managements attention is needed

Lorena, the front desk agent was very rude. She did not greet me at all. I took the initiative trying to open up a dialog with her. I said hello what's going on, are you not going to say hello or how may I help, are you having a bad day? she completely ignored me. Then she asked for my ID and card for payment. I handed it to her she checked the computer screen then literally through it back on the desk for me to pick it up. I was speechless. She then throw back the room key as well. Not a word from her.
I went up to my room and the room was a room with two double bed when the reservation I made was for a king bed. I went back down and informed her that I was given the wrong room. She quickly responded, that was the right room. I then told her that my room was for a king-bed. She stated the hotel was sold out of a king bed. No apologies whatsoever. As a Platinum elite member, I was very embarrass the way I was treated. She definitely needs training.
I decided to inspect my rooms due to the bad experience I received by Lorena. I inspected the restroom first. Hairs were every way on the floor I took a picture of it. I went ahead to inspected the cleanliness of the bath towels and hairs were also all over the towels. I took pictures of it as well.
The entire hotel atmosphere was not welcoming. The night shift lady came on shift and I walked outside to have a cigarette again no hello or any word from her. Coming back into the hotel after my smoking, I deliberately looked toward her direction with a smile gesture with the hope that she will notice the friendly smell and then say hello or good night. Again nothing was said. I'm I out of my mind or is this hotel lacking customer service.
I went upstairs lock the room and honestly couldn't sleep due to the dirty room and poor service. Check out is 11:am, but I left the hotel at 9 am. As I was walking toward the exit door and PASSING THE FRONT DESK, SOMEONE SAID, GOOD MORNING SIR YOU HAVE A GOODDAY!
I couldn't believed my ears nor ignored the greeting. I stopped Immediately and went back to the desk. I said please, what's your name? I believe she said "shefi" or something. I took the opportunity to thank her and also mentioned to her that since I checked into this hotel she was the first and only person that said hello or any greeting of any sort to me. I thank her again and walked off the property. She might be the housekeeping manager, I saw her knocking on doors earlier that morning. This hotel definitely needs a service training

Where to begin?
The street address on the website left us in an expressway underpass, with no hotel in sight. We called to confirm and were given the same address.
After 45 minutes of driving around we finally saw the hotel. Another 15 minutes to discover an obscure drive inside a service station that eventually lead to the hotel.
We asked for a luggage cart and were told there were none. With a bit of searching the lobby we found 3 sitting there unused.
The room itself smelled of sewer gas. Running water in the shower to fill the traps took care of the smell.
The front desk person was very nice, but clearly uninformed of the property.
Horrible smell…

There was a rancid smell throughout the entire property. It dried out my nose. Besides that the stay was pleasant.
Comfortable bed, but broken TV

2nd time at this hotel. It is clean and I feel safe there. I like the beds. This room had a broken TV, it was shattered at the top of the screen. The shower took a long time to warm up.
Great Hotel. Opportunities to improve

Lacks parking and entrance driveway is rough. The hotel itself doesn't match its surroundings. Great building just not great parking when their are many contractors staying.
