My stay at the hotel was very pleasant and very memorable. The staff was extremely welcoming and accommodating. I would especially like to point out that Abhishek at the hotel is an excellent host and went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was pleasant and seamless.

From the moment I arrived, every staff member was welcoming. I was greeted warmly at the reception by Abhishek, and my room was truly excellent—perfectly managed with a lovely ambiance.
​The hotel's service is its defining specialty. In the restaurant, Priya at the reception desk was very pleasant and professional. During dining, the presence of the chefs in the hall was a standout feature; they actively engaged with guests, taking reviews and sometimes orders to ensure meticulous service. Yogesh, the manager, hosted us with great care, personally overseeing every order to ensure perfect delivery.
​The only minor area for improvement is the speed of à la carte order delivery. If that were quicker, this hotel would be .unquestionably the best in its category

Stayed at hotel for 1 night for work & leisure. The Check in was very smooth Thanks to Ipshita, Arti, Nikita & Priya at the reception desk. Club room was spacious and clean. Food was great .The Spa & healthclub facilities were good. The Brunch on Sundays is quiet a Feast. The staff is very kind and courteous always ready to assist.
