From the minute I arrived, the staff and service were excellent. Friendly, welcoming and generous with every request. The room was spacious, quiet and well equipped and the rooftop pool was lovely.
I enjoyed all the eating venues.

From check in to check out my experience was fantastic. My room was beautiful and clean, the toiletries provided are fabulous. My buffet breakfast had a good variety and was delicious.

I needed accomodation close to a specialist in Drummoyne and found your hotel on booking .com. I booked through the hotel and also joined your loyalty programme. The service from the front dest to the restaurants was great. We were made very welcomed and nothing was a problem. I would strongly recommend this hotel to friends and family.

I'm surprised with this Crown Plaza hotel as its quality of service isn't live up to it. B'fast restaurant is charging $34 per person with very limited food options, very often, hot food isn't available until 7 am....

Crown Plaza is over my expectations. Everything is perfect here.Room is perfect ,bar is perfect, location is perfect.Ray is the best. He’s very professional and patient.

the staff were great, the amenities were great, i had a very relaxing stay. The only thing I would complain about was the $100 fee for the room, I would have preferred the monies taken out all in one go when I paid for the room. It did hold me up checking in, but otherwise my stay was great and I was given a free drink on the sky deck for my troubles

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Crowne Plaza Burwood, and I must say, it was an incredibly pleasant experience. From the moment I walked into the lobby, I was impressed by the sleek and modern design. The staff greeted me warmly, and the check-in process was smooth and efficient.
The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I had a great night’s sleep.
The hotel’s location is also perfect, with easy access to public transportation and nearby shopping and dining options. It’s ideal for both business and leisure travelers.
I also had a chance to visit the hotel’s rooftop bar, and the view was fantastic! It offered a great spot to unwind while enjoying a drink.
Overall, I highly recommend the Crowne Plaza Burwood. I would definitely return in the future!
