I recently stayed in this hotel which I did not know about this hotel below. It is located near border between Shenzhen and Hong Kong. There is subway train station nearby and it is very easy to travel to other places from this hotel:
- Take a subway train with one stop to the border in between Shenzhen and Hong Kong,
- Take a subway train to Shenzhen Internation Airport,
- Take a subway train with one stop to the high-speed train station to go to other cities.

It is nice hotel and the service is good. Room is big and clean. Lounge is provided and breakfast is also good. The IHG Club member will have same place for breakfast. The swimming pool is good too

Please review bathroom set up.
Please go Modern installation....to avoid slippery...rushing to water pump at distance.

Check-in was fast and easy. The room was large with a nice view and very classy furnishings. The staff was helpful and professional. After check-out, I left my luggage in their care without any problems.

The worst IHG hotel I have ever stayed. The reception is terrible and unprofessional. The front desk manager Eason need to be fired immediately.
Significant Improvement! Will come back.

I had a negative experience with this hotel before and wrote a negative review a while ago. Upon request, I stay in this hotel last week when I was doing business in Shenzhen. There was such an upgrade of performance that I was converted from being negative to being very positive.
(a) Front desk - very friendly, helpful, and quick in handling the check in process. Being proactive on communication and helping the clients to understand the services. Great. 5/5
(b) The room - clean, and room service was conducted quickly.
(c) The "new" Chinese Dim Sum restaurant on the second floor. Now, this is a gem. The dim sum lunch was so good that my guests and I would like to meet with the chef! I suggest to them that they should do more promotion. This is a great restaurant that one should try soon before it is being too crowded/
(d) The club house is good but has room for some improvement. But it is good enough already.
(e) The bar closes at 8 pm. Suggest to close at 10 or even mid-night for business travelers when they would like to meet with people.
Overall, 4.9 out of 5 rating.
Congratulations to the management team. They handled my previous comments well and very constructive in improving their hotel. Will come back again for sure.

This is the worst IHG hotel I have ever stayed. The staffs are terrible and unprofessional. The reception Eason is terribly rude and should be fired immediately. As a gold member of IHG, I will rethink whether I continue with IHG in the future, because the horrible experience in this hotel.

从踏入酒店开始，感觉好像回到家里一样，无论是门外的迎宾，以及大堂礼宾部，到前台员工，态度十分良好，而且十分优秀，对客人十分关心，感到很舒服。
