莫干山一日游

地理位置算是德清市中心，依靠公交去莫干山不算太方便。白金会员给升了行政房。行政房就是高楼层的普通房，装修老旧俗气，保养还行。后来主动要求降级去低楼层新装修的豪华房，才找回一点2020年的味道。不明白酒店为什么优先装修低楼层而不是行政房。
酒廊没有开，行政待遇是大堂吧的“套餐”。这大概是我遇到过最差的“行政待遇”了，下午茶一看就摆放了很久的油炸食品充数，happy hour也是同样的东西加了一份沙拉几片salami和炸肉串。无论口味还是品种连假日酒店都不如。负分差评。早餐的味道还不错，也就平均水平吧。
整个酒店服务还是在线的。尤其值得一提的是餐厅一位个头不高的男领班/经理，非常热情且工作卖力，给这个“行政待遇”挽回了分数。
环境很好，家庭旅游很舒心

全家一起旅行，带孩子还是喜欢找大品牌酒店，前台服务人员很热情，带孩子工作人员都很照顾。很愉快的入住体验。

Problems with the air conditioning as it had been turned off for winter rooms far to hot I got moved to another room but still to hot same with my colleagues .Also the food buffet was poor cold food but a lot selection could do with a few more western foods

从前台入住到退房整体服务都在线，酒店环境不错，床铺也很舒服，餐饮跟健身方面没有使用就不说了
