Key card not working

The key card that was giving did not work, I was giving another key card and it also did not work, the front desk was very helpful and even used her master key to try and open room door but did not work. Maintenance was contacted but at first was not answering finally contact was made. After an hour door was finally opened . This event happened after 11:45pm and did not get into room till after 1.
Deserves a five star rating.

The hotel is quiet, clean and safe with a top notch breakfast. The hotel emailed us when we were out sightseeing and asked us how our day was going. What personal attention!

I have stayed here several times and the rooms are always clean and comfortable, the staff is very friendly and accommodating and the breakfast is always good.

my stay was great, the staff was very helpful and i would for sure recomend this place to other people. i had to get another room and the staff was so helpful and quick. room was cleaned daily and it felt good to get to my room

A great stay with comfort in the room. The beds are awesome worth lots of pillows. The cleanliness is excellent with no issues of any bad smells. Will definitely return

This is the second or third time I’ve stayed here. I’ve been to hotels that the pillows are paper thin and the bed is terrible. This Holiday Inn Express has put preformed on all levels. Beds are SSSOOOO comfortable, pillows are not flat, rooms are very clean, the staff was happy to be there even at 1:30 in the morning when I checked in. I didn’t have the breakfast so I can’t review that but I would definitely go back here anytime I’m in the area and needing somewhere to stay. The parking lot was easy to use, I even felt safe there. It’s just an overall great place to stay. I highly recommend this place. I can’t say enough good things.

Would definitely recommend this hotel, easy to get to via motorway. Several places to eat and some wiring walking distance.

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn in Albuquerque, NM, and had a fantastic experience. Personel hotelu był przyjazny i gościnny. Mój pokój był bardzo czysty, a personel dokładał wszelkich starań, aby był przyjazny. Czułem się bardzo bezpiecznie, a bliskość lotniska była bardzo przyjemna jak na poranny lot.

Absolutnie piękny obiekt, a personel recepcji był bardzo pomocny w przypadku niektórych komplikacji związanych z podróżą i rezerwacją. Z łatwością dostosowali się do naszych potrzeb. Wychodzili z siebie.
