Friendly staff and big room

Staff was friendly and room was a great size. Bath tub wasn’t cleaned and there were a couple hairs and we could hear a lot of foot traffic outside our room, but everything else was good. I would still stay here again.

Overall, this was an excellent overnight experience. The quality, cleanliness and friendliness as expected from IHG properties. Only complaint was lack of coffee maker in my room. That’s an important item to me and probably most travelers

I always stay in HIE when I travel. This one is good, yet needs more attention to detail. The housekeeping did not even cover the pillows with the pillowcases correctly (putting the inside lip over the pillow, so it covers the zipper). Breakfast was ok, but the oatmeal was watery and mushy. Again, attention to detail.

Nice accommodations, comfortable beds. Nice linens. Quiet. Clean. Clean pool and spa. Would like the gym to have more space, but the equipment is clean and functional.

It was clean & quiet. I am not happy that my previoys reservation from your close Holiday Inn @ the airport did not cancel my reservation. They charged me $146.00 even though I never arrived. I guess I will have to stay at a different hitel for business purposes moving forward.

Albuquerque does have a reputation for being a dangerous city. I actually live here. I needed to stay at a hotel for personal reasons (house repairs) and I was careful to choose a hotel and location that I was comfortable in as I know this City well. I trust the Holiday Inn properties so that was the easy part. I was very happy to see a lot of out of state cars and people that were staying there and also seemed relaxed and comfortable. It is also close the the Air Force Base and I noticed several servicemen were staying there as well.

This review is because I had ongoing problems with my stay. Despite several requests to reduce the noise above my room it remaied very disruptive. It was so bad that I eventually had to go up ask the other to please hold down the running and jumping because i was trying to sleep. I couldn't sleep in the room in the mornings so I would get up and go to the office early just so I could take a quick nap. Additionally, my linen was never changed the 3 1/2 days that I stayed (I have pics to prove it). And there was a very persistent smell in the restroom.

No shuttle as advertised

I travel for work and stay in so many hotels every week but none surpass this location! Every employee I’ve had the privilege to interact with has all been kind, helpful, respectful and professional! I would highly recommend staying with them when in the area! Plus Alyssa always gets me a floor room like I want, she’s amazing!!!

Stay at this hotel every time I stay in Albuquerque. Great pet friendly accommodation. Breakfast consistent with most Holiday Inn Express locations. Feels safe and surrounded by many food options within walking distance.
