The hotel is extremely run down. Our room felt dirty, the beds were very old and uncomfortable, the bathroom was old, dirty and didn’t have a fan. The staff were clipped and not overly friendly. The pack n play we got for our baby was stained and dirty and we didn’t receive any bedding for it. The pool is inconvenient and breakfast not included which is crazy when you’re paying well over $200 a night.

With the exception of first checking in the rest of our stay, the staff almost made it feel like that we were a bother to them
The TVs did not have a channel lineup nor a guide, anytime I wanted to get more information they acted like it was a huge bother just explaining to me without apologies that you just recently got a new channel lineup system, and they did not leave TV
I was traveling with my autistic nephew, and one of the big highlights of his days to watch certain television programs which we could not find which caused him to be upset, which then lessened my experience
At one time, I asked one of the staff if they could please call Comcast and just look up three channels actually two channels she said she would the next time I checked with her. She bluntly said I don’t have the authority to do that.
Anytime I wanted to talk to the manager she was either in a meeting or she was not present or the three day stay we had. I did not appreciate the unprofessional unsympathetic uncaring front desk staff I did not feel welcome there. It made my stay very unpleasant and I will probably not come back to this hotel.

One of the better Holiday inns to stay at. Very friendly staff, helpful and just fun to talk to. Parking is easy, good location.
Room was a good size, room and bathroom were clean so were the towels and the sheets
Breakfast was always good at the Holiday inn. Love the cinnamon rolls

We have stayed at this hotel in Auburn three times and have enjoyed each visit!!!! Remarkable staff, clean, easy to access to all roads, and breakfast choices amazing. Most of all, the welcoming feeling extended by the staff makes us feel truly appreciated as guests. We plan on returning yet again in the very near future and Holiday Inn Express in Auburn, WA will be our home base. Thank you all for another enjoyable stay at your hotel.
Highly recommend this property for your next stay.

Friendly, Attentive, Clean, Comfortable, and would highly recommend this property to anyone considering a stay near this area. This property checks all the boxes. The comfortable beds and the breakfast certainly are highlights of this property.

My stay in the HI Express in Downtown Auburn was perfect. This is a great location, convenient to my client's location, dining, and all the major highways.
The friendly staff (especially Ms. Crystal) makes the stay even more enjoyable.

Location was a plus we were in town for a soccer tournament. New hotel with lots of breakfast options. The only negative part of our stay is sometimes the train yard can be load at night. We loved the staff they were very friendly.

Unprofessional management, staff members unknowledgeable about hotel, not welcoming, will not provide guest services as required. I asked about the spa and was given directions but not made aware it was closed. I asked about happy hour hours and was told there wasn't one, only breakfast. When I arrived from the hospital around 4:30pm there in fact was a breakfast. I was told check out was 9am which I had never been experienced with the IHG brand. I got overcharged and denied refund after 2 minutes of booking my reservation I submitted a date change and was told I would be charged the initial 4 nights and only got to stay 3 nights. Staff never asked me if I was an IHG member and on day 2 of my stay I offered to provide my membership number and was told by management that it's to late to enter my membership number and it has to be made known upon arrival, never thanked for being a mener. Upon arrival I was never asked if I was an IHG member. I received an email from the manager not thanking me for my stay but harassing me and accusing me of trying to take her staff member because I had complemented their customer care. I do have proof of this email if requested.This hotel management is not a good representation of the IHG brand. As a loyal, returning member of the IHG, I recommend if you truly enjoy the IHG properties and the fabulous service they provide... Do NOT stay at this location. The hotel service is not your usual brand hospitality. Breakfast service and selection was fantastic, attendant made my mom feel very welcoming, which was much needed before her UW medical visits.

I was in town for one night I booked online. Staff were ready for my
Arrival with smiles. Very helpful and quick. I ordered a late night meal. The front desk staff answered my
Texts quickly and texted me right when it arrived. I had no question the room was clean it looked great. Recommend staying!

This hotel had friendly staff, great customer service. Room was large, clean, comfortable bed. Breakfast was hot, fresh, lots of options.
