The hotel staff were super friendly and helpful. Our room was very comfortable. The atmosphere was great. Enjoyed the coffee station in the lobby. Would definitely stay here again. The hotel was very quiet even with all of us in for Derby activities so a lot of fun.

The rooms are clean. The towels are extremely thin, and the food offering is not good unless you like moldy cinnamon rolls and breakfast that you can do better at a gas station.

We stopped here as a lay over on a trip from Slidell La to Va. I had planned out our trip and when we arrived, I was pleasantly surprised how well the hotel was kept up. Once we checked in, the personnel were very professional and everything about the hotel was just perfect, so perfect, when I checked out, I asked to speak to the manager and told her how well the hotel was kept up and how nice it was to visit the hotel. I do plan to head back to Va again in the future and I definitely will stop here again.
Hotel Condition Not Good

Somewhat due to being understaffed, the property was in poor condition. Common areas did not have air conditioning and this was not communicated upon check-in. Lobby and breakfast area was at 80 degrees most of the time. Staff did advise that AC was knocked out during recent storm and is awaiting repair. Ac also did not work in hotel room, which was at 78 degrees. Unknown when maintenance would repair, and no other room immediately available. Refused to refund upon request.

The hotel is well kept for the most part, the real gem is the staff. From the front desk, to the breakfast, bungalow, to the maintenance personnel. Everyone was respectful and gracious, and did a great job for our group at WU. Thank you!
Hotel Seemed Unprepared and Overwhelmed

Was moved into a room with king sofa sleeper and bed rather than two queen standards. The sofa sleeper was uncomfortable and has led to having a sore back for nearly a week.
Needed two keys for my room and the hotel only had one key available.
Upon getting to the room noticed there were not pillows or sheets for the sofa sleeper. Front desk told me they could not get those to my room, as they had too much going on in the lobby. They eventually did after understanding I had small children in the room I could not leave.

Great breakfast was amazing. Staff was friendly check in and check out was very easy and quick, big spacious rooms Wi-Fi hook up was very easy and fast, lots of nearby, restaurants, and things to do also a great location

The carpet in our room was stained in several places. There was an odd intermittent squeaking noice that we couldn’t exactly locate nor cause to stop which made going to sleep difficult.

pokój był bardzo czysty, a łóżko bardzo wygodne. Na pewno pobyt się ponownie. Paige była wspaniała, a jedzenie było dobre. To było spokojne i relaksujące.

Bardzo przyjemny pobyt, zakwaterowanie w hotelu i lokalizacja były świetne. Personel nie był zbyt angażujący, ale chyba nie szkodzi - liczy się dla mnie jakość. Bardstown to wspaniałe miasto, a hotel ten jest bardzo dogodny do wszystkiego, co chcesz odwiedzić.
