We had an event down the street but didn’t necessarily feel like paying the outrageous amount per night there. I’m happy I booked this place. I was able to walk to my location within 4 minutes. And a drive if necessary was maybe less than a 1 minutes. And the view from the back parking lot is absolutely gorgeous

This is a good location. Hotel was clean and comfortable. The beds were really nice. The airport is a nice distance away to not be bothered by the noise. I highly recommend this location. There is also a shuttle bus to the airport.

We stayed for one night as we had a layover for a flight back home. The shuttle from SFO was very convenient, and we liked the close location. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was adequate for our needs to just rest from a long oversee flight on our way back home. There is a restaurant right next door that is also very good, so we just got some take out there. Since we left at 4am, we didn't experience the breakfast options, but they did give us a 'grab n'go' bag with a muffin, yogurt, apple and water. So we were happy with that.
Complain about hospitality charge

I am writing to express my concern regarding the hospitality fee charged during my recent stay at your hotel from 18th Apr - 22nd Apr. I stayed for four nights on a business trip.
Upon check-in, I was specifically asked if I required room cleaning service, to which I declined. As a result, no housekeeping services were provided during my entire four-night stay. However, upon checkout, I noticed that I was charged a hospitality fee for all four nights.
Since I explicitly opted out of the daily room service and received no housekeeping services during my stay, I believe this charge is unwarranted. I request that these charges be removed from my bill and a refund be processed to my original payment method.

Horrible experience at the front desk with the manager on duty. As an IHG Platinum member, I requested an upgrade, but he claimed no suites were available — even though they were clearly showing as available on the IHG website. It felt dishonest and disrespectful. I’ve never been treated this way at other IHG properties. Additionally, the bathroom in the room I was given was tiny and uncomfortable. Very cheap property. Doesn’t deserve an IHG branding

Perfect hotel after a long flight to SFO. Convenient free shuttle, easy checkin nice restaurant next door with a discount for HI guests. Great location by the water and chance to take a long walk. Swimming pool on site and large comfortable rooms. Safe area
Disappointing - NO customer service

This hotel needs a serious overhaul, especially in customer service training. Upon check in, staff were sitting in the office looking at their phones. I had to say “hello” to get their attention. The man looked up and said “what do you want” No hello, no greeting, no how can I help you. I felt like I was bothering them just to check in and it was a disappointing start to my stay. When you get off the elevator there are no directional signs to know where your room is located. Later I left for dinner and walked past the front desk and an older gentleman stopped me and asked me how to check in! In the morning, I went to the lobby at 0642 to catch the airport shuttle at 0645 only to find it had already gone. I asked the staff seated in the office about why the shuttle had been early and she shrugged and said “I can let management know”. Great just great. Overall, I was hoping for a more welcoming and professional experience from an IHG brand and I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.
