Too noisy and under remodel

Fitness room closed. Construction until 6. Planes noisy at 5am for take offs.

The hotel is under construction. The floors completed are very nice, definitely an upgrade. A little noisy during business hours but acceptable. I look forward to seeing the completed project.

Newly renovated and great, consistent experience you expect from Holiday Inn Express! Only slight issue was noise from the HVAC- it is an older hotel structure which might explain it in room 405. Otherwise, excellent stay!
Horrendous Experience

We had a horrendous experience at this hotel. Stayed there the night before an early morning flight. They did not tell me that the hotel was under renovation. The contractors doing the work were staying in the hotel and were yelling and playing music at 11 p.m. Called the front desk 3 times and they did nothing. At 11:30 p.m. I went to the room and asked the gentlemen to quiet down as we had to get up at 3 a.m. Music and yelling started again at 1:30 a.m. Knocked on their door but they would not answer. Went to the front desk. Got absolutely no sleep. Should have slept at home.

Good location and staff. The hotel is going through needed renovations. Our room needed some work. Wallpaper pealing off the wall and bathroom layout was unique. Room was clean. The breakfast was good and the person working was friendly and did a great job.

It was the front desk person Rosi that makes this Hotel stand out, I hope he gets some reward / recognition for his excellent work, I spoke to him twice prior to my wife staying and he was excellent

This is the best ihg! James the GM is great. He was driving the shuttle as a backup driver! Great person. Lulu in house keeping is wonderful! She recommended a place to eat. The room was very clean also. Rafi at the front desk was great also. Very friendly. We really enjoyed our stay in Buffalo. Will return if in the area again.

I've stayed at this location numerous times in the past
but this time the room was disgusting. It was old, dingy, marks on the walls etc. and the biggest thing was the condition of the shower. There were old stains on the tile/grout to the point I would have never stepped in there. I'm a loyal IHG member but this time wasn't the best experience.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort and warm and friendly staff.
Overeall dark and dingy with less than friendly staff, also did not FEEL Clean !!

Front desk seemed bothered by having a guest (cleint); missed critical wake call for morning flight. Room seemed dirty and dimly lit. Bed was very comfortable. Probably stay at an adjacent different brand next time !!
