Hopefully this location gets updated soon, until then, it is not the cleanest, most friendly or inviting location I've stayed at.

I really enjoy this hotel. The use of the adjacent resort facilities is a big plus, but the amenities on site are also very nice. The pool is wonderful and has never been crowded when I've been there. So much to do, and I love walking around the area - nice walking trails. It's very convenient to stores, also. The free breakfast is great! The staff have always been friendly and helpful. I highly recommend staying here.

Nice new hotel with good breakfast and comfortable room and bathroom. Wi fi is good and staff is friendly and Knowledgeable. Negative point is the huge traffic jam on the way to the hotel back from the parks. Please ask traffic authority to do something about it !

It was my first bad experience, but it was really bad:
- Bedroom was extremely humid and AC was not working properly. The sheets and pillows were very humid.
- Half of the bedroom lights were not working.
- Water was leaking from the bottom of the toilet.
- The isles of the Hotel were very dirty, full of debris of apparently construction works.

The bathroom was disgusting. There was old vomit allover the wall behind the toilet. There was long black hair in shower and tub. The AC barely worked and felt humid in the room the whole night.

The place is mid but does the job, don’t expect to be wowed but it has all the necessary amenities. Our shower specifically looked outdated like someone tried to cover it with paint.
The suite didn’t have a door dividing it from the living space , so it’s more like a giant room with a sofa bed

Hotel had way more amenities than described. Flawless stay, Holiday Express continues to impress with identical experiences at all locations. Only issue was the elevator was very sketchy.
Good location and what you'd hope for from an Orlando area hotel

If you've stayed in an Orlando area budget hotel before, you'll know most need further work. You shouldn't expect much from the area in general, but this one felt clean despite some quick or sloppy fixes noticed in the room. This one has had most done, but renovations are still ongoing and once completed, will be a solid location. While we did not visit any parks, they appear to have decent shuttle options to help you out getting to and from. We stayed one night with our pup, and loved how pet friendly they are. It has the most reasonable nightly pet fee of $25 I've encountered in our travels. Our puppy seemed to bring joy to all staff that encountered her, so that was a welcome sight. This is part of a collection of other places to stay, and as a guest you have access to a lot of different areas, all for no additional resort fee, so the price you see online is the price you pay. Our stay was not for this purpose, but would recommend in the future if you're looking for an area to vacation in that way. Breakfast needs some help with variety, and the pancake machine wasn't working. I've seen that mentioned in other reviews for the last few weeks/months, so I question if they can't fix it, remove it, I saw several disappointed kids trying to work it to no avail. Fruit was gone by 8am, and no milk could be found for cereal, but we made due. Hallways are warm, and being only April, I'd be terrified of what July and August feel like in them, but the room ac works quite well. I'd stay here again if I needed to be on this side of town, but will be trying to wait a while for repairs to be completed. Don't set your expectations high, but a decent place to stay for a night or 2.

No issues this is a good hotel and we will stay there again any day. The cleanliness of the rooom is what made it for us. Food dueño breakfast was delicious

There were minor issues but it was made up by the friendliness and enthusiasm of the front end staff.
This hotel is under constant improvement. One example Thursday replaced their coffee maker with high tech fancy machines. I watched it being installed n however one of them was down less than 24 hours and there's a huge wait line the next breakfast.
