The staff members were all friendly and ready to assist to make my stay even more enjoyable. The check in process was very smooth and easy. No hiccups with numbers and information. When I entered my room, it truly felt like I was on a real vacation.

I needed a room very last minute and the front desk Aireyanna was very welcoming and enjoyable to speak with. She was also very knowledgeable and efficient with her knowledge of the room types, prices and availability. Her customer service was phenomenal. ( You don’t get this type of service anymore) when I locked my self out of the room she was very effective and helpful again! The room was very clean bath products were also great to use and very convenient. The bed is also so comfortable I wanted to stay extra night!
Once again Thank you Aireyanna for making a horrible night much better!! You are truly amazing and I wish you much success and happiness in life!

I highly recommend this particular hotel. I only select an IHG property when traveling abroad. No exceptions.

I recommend this location because is renewed, clean, close for food and shopping, accesible and we could rest completely relax,quiet also with parking facilities and for us wonderful because is next of the premium outlets

This hotel was ideal for us whilst visiting family. It was a 10 minute drive to there house so therefore reasonable in using Ubers. The hotel is ideally located to the Outlet Mall where you have access to shops and restaurants.
The only thing I would say is was that the initial communication when I asked for a room close to amenities was not responded to in a timely manner and I had to chase and also although the room was great it was a little further from amenities than I would of liked and I would also of thought that they may have up graded us to an accessible room if they were available especially as I’m an IHG member although the room was great it was a little difficult to get in and out of the bath shower!!!

Hotel was exactly what an Express should be. It was clean and well cared for, and the breakfast was very well executed. It is convenient to many dining and shopping options as well as the highway. Very pleasant experience!

I've been a loyal member of another hotel chain for over 10 years, reaching diamond status. However, the level of service and care that they provide is still like we are in Covid 2022. That said, I decided to try IHG to see how it was in comparison. I have to say, I'm ready to give up my diamond status with the other guys. if all the Holiday Inn Express's are as good as this one was. My stay was great from start to finish. The desk staff as well as every employee I met with was great. Highly recommend!

Gilbert was amazing helping me get settled and book a room. I am in the middle of a nasty divorce and needed to stay at the hotel for a couple of weeks. He told me that they would keep me safe. The whole staff was super helpful and kind. They all helped me get ready for mediation by printing and helping me organize the paperwork. The staff was super helpful and accommodating. Thanks to Gilbert Mora, Jennifer Morales, Stephanie Carter, Asjia Idusuyi,Alex Marraquin, Kamel El-Hoss and Trish Badon. Thank you all!

Holiday Inn Express w Cypress był czysty i wygodny. Pracownicy byli bardzo gościnni. pokój był czysty, a łóżko bardzo wygodne. Hotel jest dogodnie usytuowany obok centrum handlowego outlet. Gorąco polecam.
Problemy z Thermastate

Za drugim razem wystąpił problem z nieprawidłowym działaniem regulatora temperatury. Naprawa poprawiła się następnego ranka. Rozczarowujące.
