The fact that the freeway is right there is the only reason the sleep quality is lower. The bed was comfortable just a little noisy with the location.

Nice newer hotel, excellent location, easy to arrive and depart. Nice and newer set up, only bad star is that room had a bad sewer smell reason unknown, had to let water run for a little bit to mitigate some. Breakfast area set up and service were nice.

We in town for family. We enjoyed the central location but most of all the value of great service and great facilities. I found it to be excellent hotel that suited us very well

We’ve stayed at several hotels in the area, and this is hands down the best. We’ve stayed at high end hotels in this area, and the service was no better than this one. Many charge for parking, this one doesn’t. Many charge for breakfast, this one doesn’t, and it’s better. Staff is great, pool is great, and the beds are very comfortable.

There was nothing about this stay that was pleasant. The sheets were dirty, the room looked like it had not been cleaned. The outside lacked security and I honestly did not feel safe at the establishment. I definitely will not be back to this hotel. I was in town because my husband was in the hospital and having this stress on top of the other just isnt right. I have pictures to show things being dirty.

I left an expensive battery pack pluged into the wall socket near the desk. I called the hotel as soon as I got to the airport. No Doubt Someone Took It. I e-mailed the GM twice w/o a response

The shower was broke. There was large patches of hair on the floor in the bathroom beside the gym

At check in the person at front desk said "and just so you know, we are not responsible for vehicles on our lot but we do have a security guard on duty at night" I didnt have a good feeling at that point but we had a reservation so went ahead and checked in. Our room was dirty. Floors were sticky. Nightstands and desktop were dirty and bathroom sink had hair on it. Went back down for another room but only a double room was available (we had reserved a king room) she did mention that there was a king room on the first floor but the hot water doesnt work well on first floor. Woke up next morning to our truck having been broken in to. The person working front desk could have cared less. Was zero help. Making it worse, they said cameras do not work. And then he said well you can call Dallas PD but they really dont care.
I told the other guests at breakfast that they may want to check their vehicles as well because ours had been broken in to. They were grateful for the heads up and said thank you.
Then the desk clerk said that I cant make slanderous comments like that and that I needed to leave. (Jonathan was his name) I said I am not slandering your establishment. My vehichle was broken in to. I am just notifying others theirs may have been as well so they arent late for their appointments for the day like we are going to be.
As we were outside looking over the truck another guest stopped and asked about it and said they checked in at 2:30 that morning and the "security guard" was sitting in the lounge area on his phone instead of patroling.

I was planning to stay at this hotel for 2 nights first but decided to extend my stay for 5 nights. Staff (Jonathan)was very friendly! Called each day to check on me and see if I need anything new. I really enjoyed my stay there.
