This hotel was great. It's not often that I stay four nights at a hotel with zero issues. The room was amazing, the staff was amazing, and getting in and out was easy. Also, the location was great with several shops and restaurants within walking distance.
It was a nice place to stay!

It was a nice place to stay! Had good food! Location was good. Had a variety of restaurants nearby. Also had shopping nearby at the Edinburgh outlets.
Would go out of our way to stay here again!

Best IHG hotel we have stayed in by far! Super clean rooms, delicious breakfast options, very quiet room, & beyond-comfortable bed. We love the bean-to-coffee makers, & the booths with tvs. Staff was very friendly & got answers to our questions quickly. We would make this a destination by itself…that’s how wonderful this place is! I WOULD recommend staying here!!!

The hotel is conveniently located to Columbus.
The entire process of checking, room cleanliness, breakfast to checking out was perfect. The staff is professional and polite. I will stay here every time I work in the area.

Took a while to get checked in. There was fresh blood on the pillowcase of my son's bed. Fingerprints all over the window. Also dead smashed smeared stink bug on that same window and a dead stink bug laying upside down on the chair at the table.
Super noisy, could hear everybody's conversations in the hallway and rooms next to us. Corners of the bathroom floor were filthy. Iron didn't properly work (we were there for a wedding that was very important) refrigerator wouldn't get cold, we were shorted on towels and toilet paper, zero water pressure in the shower, the sheets smelled like old farts and made us hot and sweaty even with the air on. Light switches to turn off a couple of them were hard to find, no fan in the bathroom. Sink was hard to wash our face in without getting the sink absolutely soaked.
Found housekeeping on day two and had them get us adequately stocked and change the insulting pillowcase. They were nice about it. Breakfast was good, potatoes could have been cooked more and it would have been nice if there was a microwave around. The coffee machine kept breaking down and the line was extraordinarily frustrating. Pancake machine took forever but the food and variety was overall very good and the staff was absolutely the nicest I've ever experienced. It was nice that they had a laundry room on each floor and a nice machine. Needed an extended checkout woman at the front desk was a bit rude about it at first but was more pleasant when we checked out and said goodbye to leave.

Very nice location, clean property attentive people at check-in staff in the breakfast area was friendly checkout went well. I would definitely recommend this property to others. I will stay here on my next trip again.

The rooms were very clean. The staff greeted me every morning. The food was was the same as most Holiday Inn Expresses which is always good.

Friendly staff, decent breakfast, bathrooms and other rooms were clean and in good shape. I thought it was a pleasant hotel to visit and stay at. This was a fine standard Express. Definitely would go back here on my next trip in Columbus.
