This was not my favorite property to stay at. We were welcomed and identified as IHG members. Our room was clean and the desk manager put us on the side of the building that had less traffic noise. That was considerate of him. Our room was fine. We stayed four nights. Thought we may have had an upgrade, but I don’t believe that was. I gave lower rating because the breakfast area was dirty. The whole time we were there no one ever wiped off the trashcan. I watched a young lady wipe off a table one time as she did she just push the crumbs with a dry towel on the floor. Another morning three people sat behind the desk and no one cleaned tables. There was not a clean one in the room. And the trashcan became only more dirty in appearance. The young man cooking that morning was very polite and was doing his very best. But to watch people sit behind the desk and not make an effort, it was noticed by others as well. Our early morning was disturbed by airplanes frequently taking off from the small airport nearby. This happened about 5:30 AM. I was not aware that this was going to be a problem. Also the trashcan out front was never emptied.
I don’t usually give such a poor rating. I believe the management needs to know about the poor cleanliness in the public areas.

Great hotel....only has one elevator but great staff............... beds were soft.

Thank you to Juan for giving my husband and I a great getaway while our kids were at camp. We had not been alone in years and when I asked for specifics to make sure the trip went well, he made sure we got everything I had asked for.
We had an awful experience at another IHG location a month earlier, so, I was a bit skeptical of going back to an IHG location, The first one did fix their mistake as best they could, so I figured I'd give IHG another shot. I am glad I did. It was all because of his customer service that I will come back.
The 4 out of 5 is because of the other front desk person. She seemed hung over, made coffee, but it was all grounds (not sure how that happens?) and she didn't wear proper clothing. I could see her underwear, and I'm not talking about her bra. Otherwise, I would have given a 5 because of the breakfast staff and Juan.
The tub needs paint or replacement.

Bad customer service, noisey hotel, you can hear people walking above you all night. Breakfast is old and nasty Free parking and tv was newer model

Nice welcome. Easy check-in, check-out. Clean, comfortable room. Convenient location for restaurants and shopping. Can confidently recommend and will definitely stay here on future visits to Denver area.

I have bed bug bites. I have never experienced such. I live in Fountain Colorado I'm a miltary spouse we have an 5 bedroom single family house with no bugs. This was disgusting. Very embarrassing n unsafe for our children

This place was super nice, friendly, clean and in a safe area of Denver. Not far from attractions and the airport. Loved the hot breakfast too! And super cool views of the mountains!

Positives are the best value in the Denver Tech Center with excellent staff. Comfortable, clean and quiet. The challenges are that the only elevator is slow and is used for both staff and guests. There is only one washer and dryer.

This experience was my best experience at any hotel the pool was warm room was huge the bathroom was huge everything here was perfect. The young lady at check was so nice we received waters for being members she helped us find a 7/11 near by after being caught in a snow storm the staff made us forget that it even happened our stay was so great best in all my years even being able to watch cast our movies from Disney in the tv to watch with the family was great we had a beautiful time. The beds were comfortable. It was a hockey team huge that came in with us we didn’t hear anything it was a quite peaceful atmosphere and experience everything was so clean the staff are great here everyone
