I was on the 3rd floor of this hotel. The room was in bad shape. It was worn and showed years of use and abuse along with very poor repainting and repair at some point in time. It was not in any shape to be rented out to customers yet it was what I was given. Holiday Inn should be concerned that their customers are provided rooms of this poor quality. Even .if it was clean, which I am not sure it was, the room makes you question cleanliness because of the poor condition. As a result of this experience, I will try to avoid Holiday Inns for the rest of my travels.

Needs major renovations. Very outdated. Kids wouldn’t take shower the tub was was chipped and old.

Unpleasant Smell and Water Leak

There was an unpleasant smell on the floor we stayed on. When we arrived there was trash on the floor. The toilet seat was up like a male had just used it. We were only given 2 bath towels and 1 hand towel. We had to ask for additional towels.
The shower spicket was not flush to the wall and leaked on the floor, nearly flooding the bathroom floor. I’m sure there is major water damage around and under the tub and floor due to the leak.
You could hear everything in the hallway, very loud. No courtesy from others staying.

After this stay a refund is in order. The first time we stayed in my pool cases were dirty in my daughter’s top cover had a huge yellow stain on it. The bathroom was filthy.. so I asked to switch rooms got a second room that one seemed to be a little cleaner. The sheets were at least the towels were dirty. There was hair in the bathroom floor was nasty. The carpet looked like it had not been vacuumed.. The tub was filthy, and the people across the hall from us had checked in before us and they said there was trash all over their floor.. they need a new cleaning staff and new management. This was the worst stay ever with a holiday inn

The front desk was nice. It was the cleaning staff who was rude and the room was absolutely nasty. The floors look like they had not been vacuumed. There was hair on the towels. My pillowcase was dirty, and my daughter’s top cover was dirty too.

The moment we pulled into the parking lot of this hotel, we saw a man checking car doors to see if they were unlocked. We originally believed it was his car then noticed his mannerisms and how he was looking around for other cars to check. The parking lot is hardly lit so that makes it very easy for sketchy people to steal from cars. If that wasn’t the first red flag, it should’ve been the walk to our room. The walls, elevator, and hotel doors obviously have been through many years of being unkept. I have never stayed in a hotel where my room was this disgusting. The bathroom was filthy. Shower had some sort of residue stuck on the floor, the drain had orange stains from what I can imagine hasn’t been properly cleaned from previous guests, the sink in the bathroom had remnants of a guest’s makeup products, and the worst part was our bed. I pulled back the blankets to reveal hair all in the sheets. Multiple people’s hair strands all in our bed, and on the pillow cases. My boyfriend and I immediately grabbed our bags, demanded a refund and book a room at a different hotel. This has caused me to never want to stay at a Holiday Inn ever again. The worst experience for a frequent traveler. The pictures that they are advertising are extremely miss leading. Please be aware of the cleanliness, safety and security of this specific hotel. Although they may claim they are renovating, this is not the case here.

The bathroom needs to be updated, the hallways need to be remodeled, the bathroom amenities need to not be bottles that everyone uses and the cleaning products throughout the hotel are too stinky.

It was ok, if you like incredibly hard beds. Breakfast had a lot of options and tasted good. Staff was friendly. Overall check in was easy. Side entry doors do not work. Overall would rate everything a 4/10. The location is great and close to many restaurants

We stayed at the hotel for two nights. Upon arrival, we discovered that the door to our initial room would not lock. We reported the issue to the front desk, and while they were responsive in moving us to another room, the new room was not up to standard. Unfortunately, it had cleanliness issues, particularly in the tub, refrigerator, and under the cabinets. It felt as though we were relocated quickly without a proper inspection of the replacement room. Due to the condition of the second room, I ended up returning to our original room on another floor just to shower.

The hotel staff was excellent. B'Fast was well done. The room was noisy due to its very thin insulation. In the bath, the shower curtains are set up poorly, and water leaks on the floor. The WiFi is terrible.

The bed was very comfortable, and the sheets, etc, were all great quality.
