The hotel is well-located for visiting Universal parks. It is close to a shopping area and restaurants. The staff is attentive, and the facilities are comfortable. Overall, my stay was very pleasant.

Great location, clean, good breakfast options. We woke up late for breakfast right at the end, got the weekday and weekend times mixed up, but they waited and let us grab food before they closed the door

We had a great experience! The hotel is beautiful and super clean. We were able to check in very early, just join the rewards program. Shirley was extremely helpful and friendly. All the staff was friendly. I highly recommend this hotel.

Light switch problem no corrected. Reservations incorrect and no periodic bills. Extended stay that could have been better.

Decent location, Good breakfast , Nice staff. Stayed for one night and it was overall good experience. You have decent amount of options nearby for dinner/lunch. Even Universal and Universal City is not too far if you are considering visiting those places.
You can hear everything OUTSIDE your room.

I was highly pleased with the check in interaction!! Parking was different but convenient. BUT, I could hear every car that passed, every conversation, someone walking above me, and even someone snoring next door. This is a new hotel and they put in zero effort to sound proof anything.

This is the second time I have stayed here. It is close enough to all the attractions yet away from all the hustle and bustle to get a good night sleep. Quiet and clean street. Underground garage. Friendly staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. Will stay here again.
Breakfast is delicious. Friendly staff and super clean place.

I loved my stay in this hotel. The bed was so comfortable I slept so good. The entire hotel is extremely clean and nice. The staff is awesome all of them. The location is prime. Definitely I am staying here again with my family every time we visit Los Angeles, California.
