Most often there is no place to stay on the Reynolds Properties unless you book way in advance. We also like the ease of staying at the IHG Hotel and it is more cost effective!

As soon as you walk in you will notice how clean and bright it is.. after driving for hours you are exhausted and they are very quick in checking you in fast..the room is inviting and clean ..the beds are comfy with nice pillows.. bathroom is very clean with lots of good towels and a good supply of toiletries..breakfast has lots to choose from.. eggs..bacon.. potatoes..sausage..toast..bagels..cinnamon rolls.. pancakes..oatmeal.. cereal.. fruit.. yogurt.. milk coffee and juices.. I know I left a few things out there was just so much..We had a real nice stay!

The property was very clean and well maintained. The location was very convenient. The hotel was quiet, which made for a nice place to rest and relax.

We were visiting so that we could attend The Masters. It was only an hour away. The hotel appears to be brand new with several restaurant options nearby. The front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. He even let us check in early which we greatly appreciated. Only con was the shower had hair leftover in several places. It was very obvious on the white tile. Should have been caught by the housecleaning manager if they had inspected the room. Would definitely stay again.

New motel. Several good food choices near the property. Friendly staff. Clean well lighted room. It was overall a very good stay. Would definitely stay again. The only small negative is the bathroom door would not stay open it always closes. This causes the bathroom to become too warm if using a hairdryer. I prefer the option of choosing an opened door or a closed door.

Water Dripping noise behind wall , loud enough not able to sleep. reported to front desk and said hotel mgr would call me when they arrived. that never happened either days. did not offer another room, dripping stopped on second day and then started again at nite!!!

The room and bed were comfortable and clean. However it was hard to sleep as I could hear when other rooms flushed the toilet.

New property in Greensboro Ga….all new…very comfortable bed…awesome full breakfast. Hotel is close in walking distance to eateries and historic Greensboro 3 miles away. Looking forward to seeing Lake Oconee and are area again.
Toilet dirty & TV unable to use streaming services provided.

The toilet was dirty upon arrival (hair and poop inside), the fitness center was out of sanitizing wipes, and the tv was unable to screen cast or use streaming services like it’s supposed to (only the cable function worked). The staff were exceptionally friendly though!
