Nice hotel with friendly staff. Breakfast was great. The rooms were clean except bathtub/shower was dirty looking. All else was great!

A comfortable hotel in a good location. The staff was fantastic, helpful, and kind. The breakfast was good. Clean and family friendly. I would stay here again and have already recommend it to a friend.

Convenient hotel for the 3 day vacation we had planned. Friendly staff, breakfast and pool, 24 hour coffee.
Hoped for a hot tub based on on-line photos, as we did some hiking and wanted to be able to soothe the muscles after. Would return, though.
Appreciated quiet hours from 10pm-8am.

The desk clerk (Nick) was extremely rude! Blew off any question without answering. We wanted extra K cups for coffee and he told us there was coffee in the lobby. Had to practically beg for some. He wouldn’t look up my rewards number for me. As for the room, our washcloths were stained with brown spots and the tub surface was peeling and falling into the water. When I spoke to someone about the problems, she told me to call the Manager -Zee. I called 2 days later and was told she was in a meeting , took my name and number, and said she would call me after the meeting. NO CALL!
On a brighter note, the breakfast attendant Darlene was wonderful and very cheerful! She could give Nick some people skills!!!!!

While we checked in early, the very helpful front desk staff reported the rooms had been cleaned. When we entered the room, there was hair in the bathtub and the sheets on one of the beds seemed unclean. We reported both to the front desk and they very promptly cleaned the bathtub and changed the sheets. Overall, the helpfulness of the front desk staff made the stay a pleasant one, but the rooms did not seem to be as clean as most customers might expect.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Hershey, PA. The staff are all very friendly and accommodating and can help with anything you may need. The hotel is convenient to all the great destinations the city has to offer. Great food choices and ice cream areas to eat at also. We had a great time at the hotel and around the area. We will definitely be back!
Bath had two 2x4 flex tape. Mildew or mold around shower curtain. Paint coming off walls, window glass was moldy and broken. (I have pics to prove it)

My daughter and I traveled for an athletic event and stayed in this hotel for two years in a row. The staff is friendly, the hotel is clean, and the beds are super comfortable!

We booked 2 rooms for our family. Upon check-in 1 room had dried blood spots on 3 pillows. The desk clerk did change our room but the 2nd room also had stains on bedding and we were given a 3 rd room. A towel in 1 bathroom had dried stuff on it. Every morning breakfast had very little choice. 1 morning there were 2 yogurts in the fridge and nothing else. The pancake machine need constant adjusting as the machine kept saying replace bag and not make pancakes, although it was actually full. We only saw the employee responsible for breakfast area once. 1 bathroom shower did not have body wash dispenser, It had hand lotion. When asked to have that changed out we returned to our room and found the dispenser sitting on sink. Along with more shampoo and conditioner. My husband had to go downstairs and ask for body wash.
The positives include only the clerk on initial check in. He was very apologetic about the uncleanliness of the room and was great about finding us a room that was clean. The hotel itself was quiet, and we did not experience any noise disturbances.
This is the 1st IHG hotel that I would never stay in again.
The bed was extremely comfortable and room temperature was excellant

I review this hotel at a 8.It was a good location the bed was comfortable but the only really minor thing was the tub was old and needed work and the breakfast needed a change up from the previous day

We had a group with 5 rooms and 4 out of 5 were dirty. One room had feces on toilet and was supposedly cleaned twice however we had to show them were it was. Breakfast area was a mess and lady couldn't keep up. We had to take our grandkids from pool due to older kids jumping on them when there wasn't supposed to be jumping in the pool which was small, we called from our phone and went to desk with no avail. Definitely would stay elsewhere!
