I had an amazing experience at this hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to ensure my stay was comfortable. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything I needed. I especially appreciated the attention to detail in the décor and amenities. The location was perfect—close to key attractions yet peaceful and relaxing. The on-site restaurant served delicious food, and the breakfast buffet had a great variety. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

I booked the wrong hotel and front desk was very helpful. He was personable and professional. Check inn went well. The hotel was inviting. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Bathroom was as well. It was quiet. The only issue there was some traffic noise but it was not a major issue. Anyway this is not something the hotel has control over.
I always like the holiday inn express free breakfast and this place was no exception.
Overall I would recommend this hotel.
Renovations Being Done

Renovations were being done right outside my window. I was not informed of these renovations prior to checking in. I was moved to another room after two days of being woken up early in the morning. That is unacceptable. Rooms should not be rented with construction happening right outside the window. Choose your clients over money.

As soon as we walked in the room we could smell the old musty and sticky floor. Upon checking the beds we saw alot of hair falls and looks like the bedsheets hasnt been washed. The bathroom floor were sticky and gross. I will not return to this location, They also charge for their breakfast. The guy who was in the breakfast area was rude as heck and not friendly at all. I'll keep my business somewhere else.
Great front desk staff and the breakfast was worth an additional charge,it was great!!

My family and I booked three rooms for five nights. We checked in just after 11 PM. The attendant was hands-down the absolute best. Genuinely friendly and was ready to address any concerns that we may have had. And although the hotel it’s going through a few renovations the appearance was still pretty good however, we were in room 318 & the room was so dirty!!! I’m so thankful that I always travel with cleaning supplies just in case. After cleaning the room myself because it was a late check-in and I don’t think housekeeping was available. I cannot express how disgusted I was at the stains on the towels that were provided and how dirty the towels were. There was no way I could use them, thankfully I brought some with me!! I had to go to the local Walmart to buy more because there was just no way!!!
The room was hot and dirty & the cherry on top was being awakened to construction noise. I can honestly say if it wasn’t for the dirty,hot room and construction noise it would’ve been a great stay.
I will never stay there again

This hotel was undergoing renovations when we were there but still functioned above expectations. My one complaint is they need more handicap parking spots.

Stomping up and down hall all night
Light bulb missing in lamps
No vent or fan that works in bathroom gets slippery
Fire alarms went off every 10 to 15 min with people entering rooms with or with out you there even with do not disturb on door.
Way over priced for snack charged to room. 1 oreo pack 1 chips ahoy 1 bag of gummy snakes water soda 2 ice cream were $100
Carpets being ripped up
Employees just hanging out chatting in downstairs halls caution tape all.over down stairs
Ac turned off constantly on its own
TV kept glitch in while trying to watch a show.
Was not an over all good experience at all. We stay at Holiday Inn a lot during race season this was not expected at all.
No proper Maintenance of this property

The room was fine, however to went down to eat cereal the next morning and the milk was spoiled. I notified the attendant who began to pull the milk from the fridge with expiration date of 3/17. Also the pancakes were not fully cooked as they came out of the machine

Theresa was very kind and helpful
i enjoy staying at this hotel often for work purposes and usually have no complaint
this stay was comfortable and everyone was great as usual. the only complaint i have is the towels and wash rags were riddled with holes and tattered.
this is unusual for this hotel . the bathtub also was rusted on the bottom
