Have a very poor experience with the staff as they were not available when I needed them. I was also never told that this was a credit card only room. I was told that breakfast was a 6:00 a.m. so we were planning on eating breakfast and leaving to take care of our business and that morning we found out that breakfast started at 6:30. If we knew that to begin with we would have planned accordingly. The hotel is conveniently located in the town so we had other options for food
Comfortable bed, not so bad service, but a horribly maintained building.

My room was not well maintained. The bathroom wasn't cleaned but wiped down, my window was broken, and the ice machine had mold in the bottom where water was dripping from a broken door. I didn't eat breakfast.
Room was ok. Not great broken furniture and bathroom not great

We have stayed at this motel in the past, although not for a couple of years
This time we found the Customer Service poor and certainly lacking in courtesy and attentiveness to request
Well, I know that check in time is 3 o’clock. There was no one in front of me waiting to check in and it’s hard for me to believe that not one room was ready at two or 230 that day and when other people walked in and wanted to check in at about three, they were checking them in while we were still sitting there waiting when I went back to the desk someone came out from the back and said oh Miss Crutchfield, you can check in now Very very poor Customer Service

I usually dont write reveiws but this last stay was aweful. I stay here at least 3 times a year for business and never had this experiance. First when I checked in I never was recognitized as a IHG Rewards memeber. Then when I got into my room There where al kinds of issues. the remote for tv had the batteries taped in with no back, there was a board on the floor in between the beds, the shower was dirty, there was no stopper in the sink, and there was two dirty shower caps hanging on the back of the bathroom door. When I went down to the desk and showed them the pictures of everthing all they said was sorry and they were all booked up so I could get a differnt room and didnt even offer any other means to make it right just sorry about that. All the times I have stayed here this was the worse room and stay I ever had. I told the manager when I checked out and she at least said to call her the next time I stay there and she would book the room for me. The manager was nice and helpful the other lady that checked me in was stand offish and not very freindly.

There was a tobacco smell in my room, front desk solution was to give me room deodorant.

We were here for 2 nights. The first night we arrived the lobby reeked of marijuana and we were informed that they were fully booked so they had to change our room type. We ended up right off the lobby it was so noisy I didn't sleep at all. The next night we requested to be moved to another room only to realize the next morning that one side of the bed smelled of urine really bad I checked the sheets for stains and didn't see anything this had to be in the mattress. They were very understaffed the housekeeping staff had to work the front desk because no one showed up she was very helpful. The breakfast was also good I will not be staying here again though.

Świetnie się bawiliśmy. Świetna lokalizacja. Czyste pokoje i łazienka. Śniadanie było pyszne! Wróci.

Trochę zaniedbany. Podłoga w łazience była lepka. Przez cały czas pracy głowica prysznicowa piszczała. Nie podobają mi się dziwne omlety, które serwują teraz Holiday Inn. Personel bardzo przyjazny?

Witryna znajduje się w doskonałej lokalizacji, obsługa klienta była świetna. Pracownicy byli mili i dbali o to, by wszystko szło dobrze. Strona była bardzo cicha i relaksująca. Zdecydowanie polecam i wrócę.

Zadzwoniłem i sprawdziłem rodzaj płatności, którą przyjęli, a na miejscu nie przyjęli płatności. Pokoje, w których również nie są gotowe. Musiałem udać się do innej lokalizacji, aby dodać pieniądze do innej karty, aby to sprawdzić. Dede była miła. Keke wrzeszczał na nią.

Ta obiekt ma wszystko, czego szukasz w przyjaznym gospodarczo regionie. Personel był miły, bliskość jedzenia i sklepów była doskonała, pościel była czysta. Jedyną rzeczą, która zmniejszała nasz pobyt, byli goście bez przeszkolenia w domu.
