Would have given this hotel a 9 or 10 if it had not been for the fact they use the hotel pool to give swim lessons! Guests therefore cannot relax and enjoy the pool or hot tub. Staff said they would “see what they could do for us” because of the inconvenience but never got back to us.

It was the 2nd stay and by chance, we were in the same room as our previous stay.
Both times we were woken up in the middle of the night by noises from upstairs which sounded like furniture being dragged across the room.
Also the AC in the room was so loud each time it came on.
The only reason we stay here is the location, otherwise it's not worth the value. If you want good sleep, this is not the place to stay.

Great little hotel - basic necessities, decor is a little tired, nothing special but there was breakfast, a pool and the place was clean and friendly. Fantastic location, close to all the restaurants and shops. We stayed for the Langley Sports Centre and it was an easy 5 mins down the road. Would recommend, and will return.
Your staff was very welcoming, and as always The bed and pillows were so comfortable.

Thank you for a wonderful stay! Your staff was very welcoming and they were ready for me when I arrived. The beds are very comfortable and I love that I have 2 types of pillows.
My only concern is you collect a damage deposit, but it is not released for 4-6 weeks. Other chains can clear the deposit in a day.

We were staying at the hotel for a sports tournament for one of our children and we have had to stay at many hotels in the past, but this was by far, the best hotel experience we have had, EVER! The bed was comfortable and the broom was lovely and the breakfast was fabulous!! We would stay here again in a heartbeat! Thank you!

Beds were super uncomfortable. Had to pull the TV from the wall to plug the cable in.
Couldn’t sleep. Noisy, close to highway.
Sheets seemed over starched or something.. super hard and scratchy.
Service at front desk was pleasant bit that’s about all that was at thos hotel.
Do not reccommend. I’ve stayed in dives at more that half the cost that were way WAY more comfortable.
Truly disappointed.

When checking in ABHI was excellent, He was the person i talked to when calling hotel to book rooms. His attitude was great. Told us any problems to call front desk and he would look after it. There was a problem with table lamp, called front desk and ABHI came up to the room to try and figure it out. We couldn't figure it out. Went downstairs later and he said had already put in form for maintince to deal with it in a.m. ABHI is a great person to have on staff. thank you

Our family enjoyed our stay. We appreciate the overall cleanliness of the hotel. Staff are friendly. The Breakfast options are great too. The pool has a nice temperature and the hot tub is nice and relaxing. Hoepfully they can eliminate the echo of the pool area.

Personel naprawdę dokłada wszelkich starań i wita Cię za każdym razem, gdy przechodzisz obok holu lub na korytarzach.
