Perfect end to a trying day

From the minute I drove onto the lot until I left the next morning, nothing was lacking. Great people, great property, convenient location, clean, quiet and in all ways exactly what I needed. I am a very harsh judge of paid-for-accommodations, in this case there was no room for complaint, period.

I had a positive experience at this hotel. It was my first visit, and I enjoyed it. I appreciated most of the aspects of the hotel, including the immaculate cleanliness, friendly staff, and excellent services. There were a few things that were out of order, such as only one lift working, and we had to ask reception about the pool, possibly due to ongoing work. The only other aspect I didn't like was the service during breakfast; guests had to request refills, and when my wife asked for egg whites, they said they could not make it, while the next day they only offered egg whites. Nevertheless, it was a good and great hotel overall. I find more positives compared to negatives and will return when I visit NJ.
Do NOT stay here if you have a baby

I trusted the reviews on the ihg website for this hotel and booked it thinking we'd go to the pool with our baby, have a relaxing night, and eat breakfast in the morning. WRONG. We had an absolutely awful experience. The rooms are not soundproofed. Like, at all. It was so loud, and it kept my baby up all night. So I was also up all night. The pool was absolutely overrun with big kids, so we got no time in there with our little one. And breakfast felt a bit uncomfortable, since there was a very obviously homeless man sitting next to our table eating a giant plate of bacon. Don't come here if you're staying with a baby. I wish I hadn't.

I made the mistake of leaving a set of clothes (a nice Rolling Stones concert t-shirt and a pair of Lands End pants) on a hook in the bathroom when we checked out. When I next opened my suitcase and discovered this, I phoned IHG and was told the hotel would get back to me within 48 hours. When no one called, I found the direct number and phoned the hotel's evening staff. When they saw nothing in lost & found, I was told to phone the next morning, which I did. The morning manager told me he checked with staff and that nothing had been found.
Typically this would make me think somehow I'd gotten things wrong, but I distinctly remember thinking how great it was that there was a set of hooks in the bathroom where I could put my clothes. The morning manager basically told me I was lying and that he trusted his staff. That is a convenient attitude to have, but I know someone decided they liked the look of my concert t-shirt and kept it for themselves. I do not recommend staying at this hotel.

I enjoyed my stay a lot, I'm from New Jersey, but I currently live in Orlando, Florida and work for IHG. This was one one of the cleanest hotels and the staff was amazing all shifts.

Jest to niedawno wybudowany hotel. Generalnie jakość pobyt była dobra. Istnieje kilka drobnych kwestii, które sugerują, że konserwacja wymaga więcej uwagi.
- Jednostka HVAC nie działała po naszym przybyciu. Problem został rozwiązany szybko, ale pojawił się ponownie kilka dni później.
- Przycisk włączania/wyłączania telewizora nie działa. Udało nam się znaleźć przyciski na samym telewizorze, ale było to nieco niewygodne.
- Gniazda przyłóżkowe, w tym porty USB do ładowania i oświetlenie LED w górnej części ramy łóżka, nie działały. Kinkiety nocne działały.
- Chociaż codzienne sprzątanie zostało wymienione jako udogodnienie, nasz pokój został pominięty jednego dnia naszego 3 pobyt(nocy) .
- W wannie naprawiono płytki po bokach prysznica. Niezrównana fuga, rozsmarowana po okolicy. Pokazuje pewien brak dumy z wyglądu i amatorskiego lub niedbałego wykonania.
- Uchwyt na papier toaletowy był luźny i obwisły.
- Rama drzwi do łazienki ześlizgnęła się i zsunęła się w dół do miejsca, w którym teraz się ciągnie. Spód drzwi można lekko odciąć, co znacznie ułatwi proces wejścia/wyjścia.
Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, obiekt nie jest zły, jednak opóźniona konserwacja i dbałość o szczegóły wydają się z czasem sumować. Zapewnia to odwrócenie uwagi od innych przyjemnych doświadczeń i będzie się pogarszać z upływem czasu. Nadal polecam ten hotel i wrócę.
