Everything was great during my stay — the room was clean, the staff were friendly, and the overall experience was excellent.
If I could make one suggestion, it would be to start breakfast a bit earlier, perhaps from 6 a.m., as it would be more convenient for early travelers.

The staff were so great, they really made the check in and check out easy. Loved the room, it was super clean and well furnished. Bed was comfortable. Excellent value.

As I have come to expect, the room was clean and modern. My criticisms are:
● TV did not work
● Loud noise began around 0600 outside my window (construction?), and continued through checkout.
H.I. expresses, with the included breakfast, are a good value. Overall, I was happy with my room, besides my two complaints.

The staff first of all are really nice. The area is relatively safe. The room was great. I was travelling alone so the room was really big for me. The bed was comfortable. Overall, the room and shower were clean. Breakfast was good. Room had a microwave, fridge, coffee maker. The only downside was the TV cant be connected to a smart phone to access Youtube or netflix.

The check in clerk sat down the whole time at after hours while she checked us all in. Never acknowledged my reward status. I had to remind her and ask for drinks. They don’t do snack bags for their Diamond rewards members. Didn’t see my request for higher floor Bad views. The breakfast lady Maria was excellent and helpful.
As a member for almost 15 yrs always comfortable

Always comfortable of staying on all the hotels around the world. I traveled a lot thets one of the reason why I always stay in all IHG properties.
Not safe place to stay

Don't leave property for safty. No restaurant available, have small grocery area with packed junk food options. Heard banging and arguing voices outside room. Rooms had smoke alarm hanging, electrical plugs and charger plugs not working, and no exaust fan in bathroom. Will never return if we had driven ourselves we would have left

The property is very close to Oakland International Airport. My room was simply beautiful and comfy. WiFi was very good to use. The staff was responsive to my needs. I will choose this property in the future. The hotel is very close to my mom's home and I felt well taken care of by the staff.
tourist trap beware

They don't provide room service unless you ask and pocket the greener stay points from corporate.
Parking fee wasn't advertised but snuck in.
Staff was rude when I asked about the greener stay as if it were a known issue discussed among themselves.
Immediately got defensive saying her shift did not coincide with housekeeping and knew nothing about greener stay 500 pts/day.
I have taken pictures of all the days I put the greener stay tag out and saved them from cleaning my rooms or even getting clean towels.
Rooms might be clean but these are dishonest folk. I stay more at IHG that at home. This hotel is off my list forever

pobyt się w tym obiekt kilka razy w roku i personel zawsze był świetny. pobyt się w wielu hotelach/ obiekty różnych marek, a jakość jest świetna. Czyste, wygodne łóżka i pokoje na śniadanie rano. Wiele hoteli nie oferuje śniadania, za co jest to bardzo cenione w podróży.
