Hotel was not bad. A little dated but was fine. Hotel was in a good area. A lot of food choices nearby. The lady that checked me in was very nice. When I went to check out the lady that checked me out had a major attitude and was very rude. I would not stay here again based on my interaction with her. No way should she be dealing with the public. Its unfortunate that this one person caused the hotel to lose a customer as I am in this area every few weeks and would have stayed here on each visit but will not now. Hotel is fine but for me not worth dealing with a rude employee when I can stay somewhere else.

wonderful stay room and bathrrom very organized and clean. Only complaint no longer have real eggs on bar. But great coffee. Plus good variety of food on bar.

I greatly enjoyed my stay in the Magnolia State. The only suggestion I have is to replace the rickety/unstable ironing board(?) in my room and any others that might have similar. Also, as an aside, some thought might be given to stocking rolls of quarters so that customers won’t have to go to banks to do the same.

Was in Jackson on personal business and stayed at this property. Staff was friendly and helpful. Used gym equipment and found it in good condition. Room was comfortable and quiet. Breakfast choices were plentiful and tasted good. Lots of restaurant options in the area. Would stay here again.

I couldn't stop tossing trying to find a comfortable spot in the bed. Thermostat didn't work. Didn't have anything i like in breakfast and the coffee was horrible due to being ran through too many times making it weak or the nuzzle was clean. Everything else was great.

Very nice only thing is I wish it had streaming services on tv. There was nothing on tv and hardly any channnels overall everything else was perfect

The hotel looks like it needs a facelift. The button to summon the elevator was in need of repair. The bathroom in our room needed some help. The shower wall looked like it had been patched but not painted and our toilet was cracked between the tank and the lid. Despite this, our room was clean and the hotel was quiet. This was also one of the best breakfast we have had at a Holiday Inn Express. The variety was great, everything was hot and the pancake machine was actually working!

The exercise room has one treadmill. I stayed there a year ago, and the treadmill was not working correctly. I made the management aware of it and now I stay a year later and the treadmill still does not work properly. It will only work on the very lowest speed possible. Holiday Inn is an incredible organization, but for some reason, they cannot fix a simple treadmill. It was very frustrating! Everything else was fine, but I can’t believe a year later the treadmill still does not work.
