We wanted to stay at this hotel since it opened. It did not disappoint. The checking in staff made us feel welcome. The decor in the hotel was very modern. We didn’t feel we were in Prince Albert. Beautiful hotel. Clean, comfortable, wonderful breakfast, our dog also loved his stay. The rooms were the perfect temperature, quiet, and beds very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again. And recommend this hotel for sure!! Top notch!!

The front desk staff are pleasant and inside the hotel is clean. Breakfast options also offer an interesting variety.
However, during an extended stay of more than one week, I was only able to get the room refreshed with new bed linen and vacuuming etc once despite repeated requests for cleaning.

Left clothes in the room . Called the front desk . She said to call back . Called again to check if they found the outfit. She said to call back. This happened 5 times. Asked to speak to the manager . She said he will call me, left my number .
He never called. I called back 3 more times and she said he is out and will call me back.
Worst customer service EVER!!!
The room was very roomy and comfortable I enjoyed the location it was quiet

Kids loved the waterslide, pool was nice and clean. Towels were nice and fresh at the pool. The first hotel I've stayed at in Prince Albert that didn't have people loitering outside. Safest hotel in Prince Albert in my opinion. The rooms were roomy and very nice and clean.
The continental breakfast was one of the best I've ever had and it was all nice and fresh. Good hotel coffee.
Door wouldn't shut

Everything was good but room door wouldn't shut on its own, plus alot of debris outside and no staff seemingly around to pick it up.

The staff were excellent, facilities were superb. The option of outside plug for car was a bonus while other hotels don't have this.it was rather cold. Thank you and hope to return soon. Our group lived our stay!

We had a great experience at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond in accommodating our hockey team. The rooms were large and very clean. Lots of parking with plug-ins was appreciated due to the extreme cold! This is our second time staying at this hotel and we would come again!

We had a 2 King sofa bed room it was huge so nice to have 2 kings in on room. The pool was nice and warm and the hot tub to and the kids loved the slide

Personel był niesamowity, zameldowanie było szybkie, lokalizacja była świetna, bardzo cichy, bardzo czysty hotel, nie miałem szansy na skorzystanie z niektórych świadczonych usług, ale na pewno wrócimy tam, gdy będę w mieście, gorąco polecam.
