Hotel is right off the turnpike, it’s old and musty. It took 3 rooms before they could find one where the door/key worked. As far as HIE goes, this one is sub par.

The breakfast each morning was phenomenal. The staff also helped locate an item I left in the room after checking out and traveling back home.

Reservations were made and confirmed per Confirmation #29055715 over two months in advance for a one bedroom suite- separate bedroom with additional sitting area. We wanted the privacy that a separate bedroom would have provided,
When we checked in we received a much smaller standard room, per desk employee no one bedroom suites were available.
No ice in ice machines.
We also did not receive any kind of aknowlegement of our Silver Elite status, we usually get at least free bottles of water.
This stay did not meet IHG Hospitality Promise,

I felt u safe around this hotel, being there was a more run down one behind it, along with being next to the truck stop, felt unsafe when there was a brawl outside involving the front desk
Finally a hotel w good coffee and an excellent customer service experience

This is a nice place to stay when traveling on business in the area. Its very clean and the rooms are in good condition. Nice beds. Also they have good free snacks!

Would definitely recommend this place to anyone.
Originally booked for 1 night but enjoyed ourselves so much we decided to stay another day.
Everyone here was so friendly and helpful.
Angel was at the front desk and helped with booking another night and even made a note for the morning crew to ensure that this extra night was entered into the system. He went above and beyond what I would have expected to definitely be sure to let him know how much we appreciated his help!
Entered room w/ dnd & got paint on my clothes

The staff here is abysmal. Maintenance entered my room with my sign up and got plaster and paint all over my clothes and luggage. They even got it on the table and tv and didn’t clean up. Besides not even asking to enter the room with the sign out.
Additionally we need the bedding to the sleeper sofa. I was in the lobby and said I’d gladly carry it up. Instead the staff said they’d bring it up. So we waited half an hour and no bedding. I went back down to get it and he again said they would bring it up. Instead I had the guy go get the bedding and give it to me so we could move on with our day.
The only redeeming quality of the stay is the proximity to cuyahoga np and the breakfast staff was great.
