Would love to see some other choices at breakfast besides omelets, maybe scrambled eggs, waffle maker to make waffles. Please get some better tasting sausage gravy and fluffier biscuits.

Loved our night here. My favorite room feature was the large backlit bath mirror that provided better lighting than mine at home. We also loved the breakfast which had an egg white vegetable omelette as well as a traditional cheese omelette. And of course the delicious sausage gravy and biscuit! A great stop.

Lovely hotel with well-maintained facilities and friendly staff. Room was very clean. Great grounds for pets as well, and people picked up after their dogs.
Comfortable bed, nice room, dont be around noisy people or your to blame

Room was very nice, bed was comfortable. Baseball tournament was going on and I got told I would be asked to leave if I didn’t stop making noises. I was not there for the tournament and I was not making any noises. I was trying to go to sleep. Other than that beautiful hotel.

The front desk staff is very friendly and welcoming. We arrived early for a basketball tournament and they accommodated us as best as possible. Our room was not ready and once it did become ready, they notified us immediately.
Once we got into the room, the bathroom sink was dirty out of habit. I cleaned it myself. The shower looked old. Once we put the covers back, there was hair in the bed. I made the front desk staff aware of this at 5:30 PM. Then we left for a basketball tournament. We returned to the hotel at 11:30 PM to find out the bed had been made with the same bedding and the same hair in the bed. There had been a shift change, but Katie did provide us new bedding in additional blankets. Thank you, Katie for your promptness to resolve an issue.
I would not recommend staying at this hotel. We stayed here because all hotels were sold out due to a basketball tournament.

Love Holiday Inn I think their service is better than it ever has been Hotel is always clean and breakfast is very good
Only problem so far is I think this survey is way too long!!
And this does not reflect on the hotel at all!

I booked this room for my Daughter and grandson. They got there late so they were tired. They checked in and the room they were put in was atrocious. The air conditioner was extremely loud but they were going to live with that I would not have but it never cooled off it was 71 degrees in the room when they checked in and 74 degrees when they woke up. The staff was not accommodating. I am going to potion to get my points back. This is the worst stay 10 out of 10 will not stay there again or recommend.

Motel has a great location. Easy to get to, and from. Very quiet, and secluded atmosphere. Not far from the interstate, and plenty of options for food. Clean, and safe environment helps you enjoy your stay.

Internet was out stay there twice within 20 days and it was still out. Was offered no points for the inconvenience. Spoke with the hotel personally didn’t do any good. They did not report it to corporate. staying there Internet is a must as how our business operates 99.9% of businesses today operate is with the Internet! Being without Internet for well over 20 days is unexcused. Ask the manager what they were gonna do for the inconvenience shrugged it off like it was no big deal Basically telling me to pound salt and take my business elsewhere. I can’t believe this is how diamond leak customers are treated at this hotel what is corporate gonna do to fix it? Please feel free to contact me. I have copies of their text.

I always stay at an Ihg hotel when I travel and this was no exception. The internet on the 4th floor of the hotel was not working and the hotel was aware of this, even though they didn't say anything about when I checked in. I asked to be moved where there was working internet as I need the internet for work and being in the lobby is not an option due to the noise. I was initially told they were booked and could not be moved. The next day, I was notified by the staff that somebody had checked out and I would be moved which I was.
