This hotel was amazing. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. Check in was a breeze and the breakfast was always on point. Can’t beat the comfortable beds and pillows. I would definitely start here again anytime I’m in the area.

Some places just stand out as leaders, and for IHG this is the one.
In all my travels, I have not seen another IGH property that treats their guests as personally and warmly as Victoria and her entire team.
From the initial check in, to breakfast to the checkout, they make their guests feel special.
Ritz Carlton service!
In my opinion, if every IHG had a GM and Team like this one, occupancy rates (and return visitors) would double in no time!

We had an amazing 10 days of celebrating Fiesta San Antonio! Great hotel. I would recommend this hotel. Just make sure swimming pool is open!

The transportation was excellent. The driver was on time and great driving skills. He was very helpful with our luggage. The parking garage made me feel at ease when I left my vehicle there and didn’t have to worry about any weather related issues.

Made the reservation for one night after visiting a granddaughter in San Marcos. We were very surprised at the quality of everything. The front desk was so helpful. After a tough drive, wife and I needed to go eat somewhere. Being a Friday night, I didn't want to fight the traffic and asked what was close by. Was given a list of numerous restaurants within a couple of miles. Then the desk clerk informed me that the shuttle would take us and pick us up. Back to the room we had plenty of room and outlets to charge our phones and a speaker. Unlike a couple of other Holiday Inns, the TV was easy to find a channel. The bed was comfortable and plenty of pillows.
The next morning, breakfast was great. The food was good and served hot. As we finished our meal, one of the managers came to talk to us and we lost track of time. However, we didn't get charged for a late stay. We had taken our stuff to the car before breakfast.
Also, liked the garage as car didn't get hot. Bet it is great in the summer,
Yes, we plan to visit SA at Christmas and plan to stay there again.
The rooms had a terrible odor coming out of the air conditioning. My second room toilet would blow water outside everywhere and

The first room, the air conditioning had a terrible odor the second room air conditioning had a little odor to it and the toilet blue water everywhere. The manager was very good. She took care of business, but to me it’s not her fault that the rooms were bad air conditioning needed to be cleaned out better breakfast options more comfortable beds. The staff and management was exceptional. It’s just the room stay was not very good.

This hotel is like walking into a warm embrace! You really feel like you are staying with family. The staff are incredibly helpful, friendly and kind. Even with the pool closed they ensured access for us at the sister property to use their pool. The hotel photos match what you experience in real life. I chose this hotel based on the reviews I read and I will say they definitely live up to their 5 star reviews! I wish we could’ve stayed longer! Thank you to the amazing staff. Even when I had a question before our stay my question was answered promptly. I used the app to ask a question. The person made sure to flag my question to the hotel and within 30 seconds Victoria the general manager called me back to answer my question. Victoria is just as wonderful in person! Aylin we interacted with most often and she’s an absolute gem! If you want to feel like you’re saying with your family or your bestie this is the place to go! There’s also tons of restaurants and shops nearby!

Best Holiday Inn in Texas!!the staff is amazing. Best breakfast, great location, close to lots of fun places. Free shuttle within a few miles. Will pick you up at the airport!

I booked two adjoining rooms so that our kids and grandkids could go back and forth, which was extremely helpful. The rooms were very clean, and the breakfast was great. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and ensure we had an enjoyable stay. To our surprise there was even a free shuttle available to take us to a local restaurant. The proximity to the airport was very helpful, as our flight left at 6am and we were traveling with a two year old and ten month old. We travel to San Antonio every year, and will definitely be staying at this hotel from now on. My only regret is that we didn't find it sooner!

Easy check in and clean rooms but some of the bathrooms showed wear. Better towels would be appreciated. Front seat was very accommodating and offered plenty of services that were not necessary but appreciated
