Absolutnie straszne ceny za przeciętne zakwaterowanie, ale sądzę, że to właśnie dostaję za wzięcie udziału w marynacie. Personel był przyjazny i pomocny, ale absolutnie nie polecam abs uniknie tej sytuacji.

My stay in Schererville started with the desk clerk being rude to my customer who I convinced to try the hotel. Our selection was based on location. We had stayed in the Portage Express and had a good experience the night prior. After the poor desk experience I found that my bathroom floor was sticky and the tub/surround were dirty. At the time I was close to 1 million points so I do stay at quite a few IHG hotels. This one is on my list to never return to. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

I am always happy with the cleanliness of the IHG brand hotels. If anything, I wish the beds in this particular Holiday Inn were a little less firm. But overall, it was a great stay!

The staff welcomed me upon the arrival. The room I reserved was clean and ready when I arrived. The size of it was more than I thought it would be. The bed was the best bed I ever slept in. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the NWI area.

Having a jetted tub in the room was FANTASTIC! It was our own private retreat. We are definitely going back again and again.
The stay was very peaceful, good staffs. Room was clean and quiet. I would strongly recommend this hotel to my friends.

The hotel hall had a bad smell and when we went into our room it also smelled bad. It wasn’t really a smell you just get use to. We canceled our next 3 nights and went to a different hotel.
I tried out the continental breakfast. It was about 6:15 when I got down there. There was a decent crowd already eating. The potatoes and bacon were empty and pancake machine was not working. Options were limited.

Dirty Jacuzzi Rude Staff and Management. I will never ever again stay at this hotel again, they were racist and when I reported to the front desk that the jacuzzi was dirty and ask for cleaning supplies to cleaned it she told me they didn't have any and I told her I will go buy some and then she went and found some but not once did she suggest cleaning it at all, which had hair and very old dirt inside of the jets. When I spoke with the General Manager the next day about this, she told me they were short staff and that she was having to clean the rooms herself and only offer half back of my money when I had to clean a nasty jacuzzi and I am neither an employee for them to have to do so. And I checked out in March 7 and have not received my room deposit or half of my refund, when I should have not been charged at all this is unacceptable and them I was laughed at and talk to as if I was not human when checking out I worked for CNN and travel all of the time I will most definitely share my story with pictures of I don't receive my money back to my card.
