Świetne miejsce i lubi śniadanie, ALE jedna winda była JEDYNYM problemem. Jedna winda była niesprawna
Hotel Needs Tremendous Amount of Maintenance, Stay Elsewhere

The hotel ownership needs to invest in maintenance of the entire property. One of two elevators was out of order, none of the ice machines were working on any floor so guests had to go to the kitchen ice machine to get ice, none of the treadmills were working in the fitness center, a urinal was out of order in the men's public restroom, and lastly, the room mattress in Room 316 had a HUGE depression in it which made the room not usable for two people. A room change was required after the 2nd evening and we showed the hotel staff how deep the depression was as a full pillow filled the indentation and remained flat for the person trying to sleep on top of it. At this time, I would recommend staying at another property in the KC marketplace unless significant maintenance improvements are made.

Very clean, amenities very nice and well maintained. Staff friendly and accommodating to our needs. Close to ball fields with places to eat and play. Beds comfy.

Upon arrival, I was extremely disappointed. Grounds were unkept, weeds up to my knees. Building seems like it is not being taken care of. Smells of mildew and mold in hallways, I could see my room had water damage. Elevator wasn't working. It just felt dirty. I was glad it was a short trip.

Book through a stay and play. Selected 2 queen beds as the room type. Got a room with one king bed and the hotel would not do anything to fix it. If you can't provide the room type requested you should not be an option fo the stay and play.
Hotel was a good hotel in its day, and its not that old.

The hotel at one time was a good hotel. Now the management in my opinion is minimalist. The grass at this hotel was gone and now was a occasional weed bed. This was the same inside, broken tiles in the bathroom that were caulked poorly rather than fixed/replaced properly. Also the entire lobby/breakfast area smelled of a combination of incense and cheap cleaners, not my favorite smell.

The hotel was clean and the beds are comfy. Breakfast had good variety of options. The only complaint is that your elevator is still not fixed and is annoying to wait for one elevator in the busy times. We stayed here in early November and the elevator wasn’t working then. It has been months. There is no reason this elevator should still be down.

Parking is inconvenient, check in was ok. The overall condition of the hotel is terrible: maintenance, cleanliness, breakfast quality, mattress, shower.

We were in town on a girl's trip to celebrate my birthday! We got a 2 queen beds suite! We ended up arriving in town early, but after calling hotel ahead of time, the front desk attendant had our room ready for us at 1:30! We settled in...everything was marked clearly and the employees informed us of amenities! The pool was just to warm for me, but the beds were luxurious, and the cable was great! Amazing water pressure in bath and shower! The breakfast buffet was awesome, best we have had on a girls trip! Smoking areas were well lit and we felt safe outdoors! It was the best hotel Shawnee has to offer! Believe me we have stayed at the worst...it was nice to have the best this trip!

I am adding a new review because I can not edit my previous one. After speaking with the location manager we worked through my concerns and he was very understanding. I showed that he cared about my comments and is actively improving.

The hotel is in a quiet area, but right off the interstate. Restaurants and shopping are easy to get to in around 20 minutes or less. The indoor pool is warm. The meeting room is good sized and convenient to the elevator and bathrooms. Making the back parking lot handicap accessible would be nice to use wheeled carts and suitcases back there.

We had best check in imaginable!! Friendly young man asking the best questions ever looking to be sure we would be comfortable!
Our room was very comfy & we were tired so went to bed a little early. I got into bed and thought I was resting on a cloud! It was a dream!! After 7 weeks of traveling that was a lot of mattresses…this was the best!
I wanted to stay another day to just lounge & enjoy the comfort of the mattress! Thank you so much!!!
