Everything about this place was wonderful. Location, indoor and outdoor seating areas, breakfast, room size and cleanliness, great staff, beautiful refreshing pool, covlnvenient area shuttle. I would recommend to anyone

My stay in this hotel was very comfortable. Everything was neat & very clean in the lobby as you walk in. The front desk staff was very friendly & knowledgeable. Our room was very nice. Everything we needed...a fridge & microwave! Breakfast was pretty good. There were a lot of choices to choose from! Everything was great! The shuttle drivers even suggested where we could eat and which beach to go to and they were excellent suggestions! And it helps to have a Walmart right across the lot walking distance! There is a $60 refundable deposit which isn't bad. Other hotels are $100 or more! The pool area was nice as well!
Excellent facility and staff very comfortable except that this survey is lengthy and rehundant didn't have a tub only a show wo My wife prefers a tub.

Excellent I really do not have anything to add. And all these questions are starting to be very annoying. Please take the hint whoever designed this survey must be an insufferable bore who does not know a compliment when it hits them in the face

The breakfast staff did an outstanding job. The hotel was full, they kept the area clean and well stocked. The coffee was delicious, and love that it was fresh ground and brewed per cup.

THE STAFF WAS OUTSTANDING AND HARD WORKING. EVERYONE FRIENDLY MY ONLY CONCERN WAS DIRECT TV WOULD SWITCH FROM HDMI2 TO HDMI1 WHEN TURN OFF TV. WE ENJOYED THE HOT BREAKFAST. THE FREE SHUTTLE TO DINNERS WAS WONDERFUL

This hotel is convenient and also close to a Walmart if you happen to forget something. We ended up on the first floor facing the parking lot which wasn't ideal, the shades are not complete black out so I recommend a sleep mask. The breakfast was great with lots of options, they also have a grind and brew coffee machine which was fantastic! Hotel was very clean including the pool and hot tub. The staff are lovely and very accommodating. Bed was ok but not great, overall pleasant place to stay.

The entire staff at this location provided me with exemplary customer service. The breakfast was great, and the bed was very comfortable! Lastly, great location to the beaches and local restaurants.

I used IHG points but was on the 1st floor facing the parking lot so it was noisy. The room was large and comfortable with ample space and storage. I'm light sensitive so the black out shades were not great. I would advise bringing a sleep mask. Breakfast was great and they have a coffee machine that grinds the beans and brews, it was delicious! Everything was very clean including hot tub and pool area. This hotel is right next to a Walmart which was very convenient. Overall pleasant experience.

First of all the staff was very friendly. They did not act bothered by anything we asked them for. The front desk, housekeeping, and breakfast staff did their jobs with positive attitude and a smile. Our room was clean upon check in. The beds and pillows were very comforatble. The shower was a large walk in shower and the bathroom seems to be newly remodeled. The hotel has a shuttle to take you to different stops near Madeira beach and it was a great amenity. There is a Walmart, Texas Roadhouse, Starbucks and Dunkin all located within walking distance which was also very convenient.

We recently booked a 3night stay at Holiday Inn Express in St-petersbug Florida and have all positive feedback about our stay. From the clean and spacious hotel rooms to the amazing breakfast and convenient fitness room, we really had a comfortable stay. There is even a heated outside pool area for everyone to enjoy. 5star rating.

This is my 4th time staying at this location and each stay has been amazing. The property is very clean inside as well as outside, the staff’s are very friendly and welcoming, the environment is peaceful and relaxing. I love the fact that there are so many restaurants close by. I would most definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family members.
