Sadly, this hotel promised me a late check out, just to have the housekeepers go in my room early and steal. I don't know why this was even a issue to begin with. Refusing to follow rules is unsatisfactory, but stealing should be unacceptable, period.
Holiday Inn Express Hotels. Great Value

I always try to find Holiday Inn Express Hotels. Always a great Value and always clean. I had a negative experience once in the Stafford VA location and it was taken care of fairly. And gave it a second chance and could not be happier. We travel quite a bit now with our son and daughter in the Marines. Highly recommend Stafford/Quantico Va Holiday Inn Express and all the others also. Very happy with stay. Good free breakfast too!
Facilities Need Updating

Room needs to be closed and renovated. Bathroom was a mess and lighting inoperable at bed. Should have never been put into service. Someone from corporate needs to inspect this facility to avoid bad branding for Holiday Inn Express.

The facility is very new and up-to-date. The rooms are very clean and have great amenities. The breakfast options were not only plentiful, but very flavorful and good quality. The staff was welcoming and friendly. There is also good access to stores in the area. All in all, this is a great place to stay.

Had one issue and said something hope taken care of on future. Have stayed here before and enjoy the area.

The room was clean. Check-in was easy. Staff was friendly. My only issue was breakfast was serviced until 10 am and most of it was gone by 9:30. I understand it but still.

the hotel was nice cleaning staff great an kind the service manger how ever rude an unprofessional making comments to the desk staff before she actually got up to handle a situation with an attitude about taking additional fee then what was stated even after them placing funds on hold an supposed to take the stays payment from the hold i was there for my son who is getting deployed drove 9 hrs away to see him an the additional fund were my way home had they stated even after they place a hold for the whole stay amount they were gonna charge the days of stay sperate i would of place that aside as well as the funds they were placing on hold for the stay leaving me with barely enough to make the 9 hrs drive home even in those circumstances if the manager was able to explain why an not rude i would of been ok an figured it out without being upset and frustrated so far from home

Fantastic stay. Safe and clean. The hotel is located to stores, gas, and restaurants. The staff and friendly and knowledgeable. The pool and breakfast are a big plus!!
The proximity to the freeway makes getting there and to get going is a breeze!

Will choose them every time I'm in the area. I have stayed at other holiday Inn's and this is on my list of favorites! I will recommend to others without hesitation. My stay was short but this is definitely a place for an extended visit as it is close to everything.

Property was clean thru out and rooms, breakfast had nice variety, but, front desk was exceptional in their friendliness, approach and knowledgeable. Kudos to them and especially the gentleman at desk on Friday btw 8-9p; friendliness at check in- makes you settle better after driving in.
